And less than 1/2 miles from a beautiful beach. Also has a nice kitchen and dining area with all the kitchen stuff you could need.

As I stated in last years' review, the only thing that could be improved is if the lawn could be mowed prior to our arrival.

Perfect beach stay

It is close to the beach, close to restaurants and other places, and most of all in wonderful condition. I love the living area and the sun porch - gives us all plenty of room to spread out. And I am so glad to have two bathrooms! Will be coming back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was better than pictured! Plenty of room for a family, kitchen was very well stocked, everything working wonderfully. The outside didn’t have much room for kids to play with not great grass and long weeds, but we were pleasantly surprised to find a shuffleboard game - it was so fun! The beach advertised had lots of stairs, but another beach (to the left from our street) was very wagon/stroller friendly and only about 10 minutes slow walk. There is even great restaurant and ice cream shop walking distance. Not a bad drive anywhere on a Cape. Super easy checkin/checkout. I would definitely rent again if I haf plans to come back to Cape!

Great time!

Loved the house! Not much space and not greatest space outside, but still fun to play shuffleboard, sit by fire, grill. The inside was just perfect! Great location with about 10 mins walk to public beaches, and not long drive to many child friendly attractions. We would definitely come back again
