Une maison côté de la baie qui dort 10! Les nouveaux propriétaires ont pris le temps de mettre à jour cette maison de 4 chambres, deux salles de bain et demi. La peinture fraîche et la nouvelle moquette confèrent à cette grande maison une impression de "plage". La propriété offre cinq chambres, AC fenêtre dans quatre d'entre eux, laveuse, sécheuse et wifi. Profitez du pont supérieur extérieur ou de l’écran de niveau inférieur dans le porche, qui vous couvre par tous les temps.

Love this house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year staying in this house and we had a great trip once again. The location is perfect - close to everything! The deck with the umbrella are awesome as we spent a lot of time out there. There were only a few minor downfalls - the queen beds and mattresses are not comfortable, the ac in the basement queen bedroom smelled musty, and the ceiling fan in the primary 1/2 bath looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. We still love the house! Thanks for sharing it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house in a quiet location. Served five kids and five adults comfortably. Plenty of room and activities inside. Parking for more than two cars would be awkward. The only negative for the house was cosmetic, water stain on one of the bedroom ceilings and the fridge was missing a handle on the door. All and all the house was excellent, close to bay side beaches easy drive to west side.

Reviewer Comments: Great space for a large family and especially pleased to have both a living room and a den with air hockey etc to keep the teens busy. Convenient location to bayside beaches and Nickerson Park. It was as described and Martha Murray group was very professional. We felt safe there despite the COVID. Only con was that the kitchen needed some updating as well as a full set of glasses and silverware.

We love this house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year in this house and we had a great time! It fits our family perfectly! We love the deck and the central air! The only thing that surprised us was at the bottom of the basement stairs the wall to the 2nd bedroom down there was taken out so now there are 2 doors to that room. That bedroom doesn't really have privacy anymore since the wall that was taken out now opens up to the den. We made it work, but just odd to us! We would love to rent this property next year!

Just ok.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice. It was big, it was spacious. The outdoor shower was amazing. One big down side to this house was the cleanliness, or lack of. The carpets in this house have not been cleaned in well over a year. After walking on them barefoot for an hour, our feet were black. The fridge was filthy. The dryer vent on the inside had enough lint to start a fire, and the vent on the outside of the house was so badly clogged with over an inch of lint, the dryer barely dried our clothes. The whole house was so dusty, including the fans and the ACs. We had to take them apart and clean the pieces. The living room didn't have an AC and when we arrived at the house, the heat was on! We didn't realize until the third day, because why would we assume it was on? If you like to be local to everyday things, this house is at least 15 minutes away from any kind of shopping.

Great house, internet issues

This was our first stay in the house and overall we had a great experience. Loved the location and overall layout of the house. The deck was awesome and the new table was perfect! We even loved the trash "shed" - this is the first house in many years that we didn't have to store the trash in the outdoor shower! Two members of our family were expected to work from home during our stay and we found the internet connection to be very slow - video conferencing and simple productivity tools were not usable. We did some speed tests and those showed 3mbps which is far lower than the current cheapest Xfinity plan (75mbps). We even bought (and returned) a new modem to try to isolate the issue but it only offered marginal improvement of 3.5mbps. Improvement with this issue will be a very important factor in re-booking. On the cleanliness note, we were excited to have a screened in porch, but disappointed to find it very dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned for the season. The chairs and table were covered in cobwebs and just gross. We spent over an hour sweeping, cleaning the tables/chairs and rearranging so that we could use the porch - which we did a few nights. The ceiling fan in the kitchen and the bathroom fans looked like they had not been cleaned in a while as well. We know they don't have to be cleaned every week, but could tell it hadn't been for a while. Overall, the house fit our family and we had a great week! Thanks!

We understand how important it is to have service (even when you're on vacation). As for your cleaning concerns, we will speak with the cleaners and make sure that the porch is getting addressed. The last thing you want to do before you use an area is to have to clean it first. Next time, give us a call. We would have been happy to send our cleaners back over to get you all squared away.
