Great Little House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was the perfect size for our needs. It’s hidden away, making it very quiet and had all the amenities we could have asked for. The proximity to the beach is perfect and the local restaurants are just a short walk away. We look forward to staying here again!

Lovely Little House, Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is awesome. It’s perfect for 2 to 3 people. We could smell the ocean every day, and it is literally a 4 minute walk to a great beach (Sea Street Beach.) Plenty of good seafood very close by, and a fantastic restaurant only a 1/2 mile down the road called Ocean House. The house was in great shape, very nice patio deck and outdoor shower.

Very Clean and Good Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This small cottage was perfect for me and my 2 girls (age 9,13). It was extremely clean and well appointed. The front deck was very nice and felt private even though you are surrounded by other cottages. The washer/dryer was great and beds were comfortable. Easy walk to sea street beach and sundae school for ice cream. The only upgrade I would suggest is replacing the full bed with a queen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great quiet location a 5 min walk to Sea St beach. House is cute and was a perfect size for my boyfriend and I, and close proximity to where the rest of his family stays. Only minor complaint would be a request for window coverings in the main living space back windows and curtains within the bedrooms. The rear wall of windows are bare in the main space, and it does get a bit bright in the bedrooms on sunny mornings.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The renovations are splendid. It's a quaint cottage I just wish that there were some curtains up and shades for the back of the house. It feels very exposed. Otherwise I loved it and had a great week. There was also an unexpected guest, an AC repair man who just walked in, thankfully I didn't need the AC because it did not work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Windwood 16 in Dennis Port is a cozy two bedroom cottage in a perfect location to enjoy all the cape has to offer. It’s centrally located to all attractions and a very short and easy walk to the beach. The cottage is immaculate and the beds are very comfortable. The owner provided a new gas grill and comfortable deck furniture. The outside shower is a treat in good weather. Martha Murray Vacation Rentals did a supreme job in meeting all our needs. They called to inform us the cottage was ready for occupancy earlier than expected. We are making this an annual event.

Not as pictured

We were quite disappointed that this cottage was not as pictured, and a number of windows had no curtain or blind on them, making us very uncomfortable, especially at night. The realtor was quick to call us back and offered what she could to make the cottage look more pleasant. She was able to get pull-down shades for the windows and was so nice to put them up. The cottage is not on a main road and when it rained, the little dirt road got nearly impassable. We did like the short walk to the beach
