Venez visiter notre confortable maison de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, située dans le centre de Colorado Springs!  C'est l'endroit idéal pour visiter notre belle ville.  Un quartier nouvellement décoré, confortable et calme vous attend!



Cette maison a une bonne disposition et est très confortable!  Dès que vous entrez, vous sentirez l’effet calmant! 

 Le salon est décoré avec goût et s'ouvre sur une cuisine bien garnie.  Il y a beaucoup de places assises pour tout le groupe et profitez de la télévision intelligente de 55 pouces.  Il y a une grande chambre principale avec lit Queen Size, 2 dressings et une grande salle de bains privative avec baignoire 6 pieds pour ceux qui aiment prendre un bain et se reposer!  Le patio de la cour est également accessible depuis la chambre des maîtres!



Il y a une 2ème chambre confortable avec un lit de repos et un lit gigogne, les deux sont de taille jumeaux et la 2ème salle de bain complète est juste à côté de la chambre.



Le sous-sol est équipé d'un son surround et d'un téléviseur intelligent de 55 pouces.  Il y a un grand canapé et un canapé-lit, suffisamment pour que tout le monde puisse regarder un film ou regarder du sport!

Wonderful Place

This was perfect for our family of 4. So much better and spacious over a hotel. It fit the bill perfectly and was great distance to all the touristy times.

Great stay and great location

The house was great, clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for all of the adventure we went on. The owners provided everything we needed including hangers in the closets and all the kitchen items we could have needed. The beds were comfortable.

Cozy place with fun games. Great location to pick up scooters and ride all of downtown. Had a problem with the ice maker and the management company had a repair guy out to reset it quickly. Overall a great stay!!

Great vacation home

We just loved the property. You helped a lot with the 2 issues - the bathroom door getting stuck and the Master bedroom electrical not working for the last day. All amenities in the property were top notch. The property was in a great location with a lot of opportunities to explore around Colorado Springs. Thank you for making this a memorable experience.

Quiet & Peaceful

The house is clean, cozy and a great location with plenty of options close by for any needs. Property owners were quick to respond with any small issues we ran into, and very willing to fix them. The only small disappointment was the hot tub was not on when we arrived, so it took almost 3 days of our 5 day stay for it to warm up.

Good Location

Overall this was a good stay. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out (the basement was a nice space to use for an extra bed). While it wasn't in the middle of everything we wanted to do, it seemed to only be 15 minutes from where we were going. The only downside was that the hot tub was not heating during our stay. We were offered a refund which was a nice gesture.

Lloyd was great at communicating and even making changes for check last minute. The house was great just as pictured. Negatives were being woken up early in the morning by neighbors banging on the wall. And having random people walking through the yard

Great Vacation

Great comfy place. Very clean. Had all the extras in the kitchen. Loved being able to put our vehicle in a garage and not out on the street. The only problem I had was getting the front door to lock. The keypad didn't want to work on several occasions. Never did get the garage door keypad to work. Would have preferred a key. I would stary here again.

Old home

The house was clean and enjoyed our stay however the home appliances need to be updated. The dishwasher is literally falling apart and tile on the countertop were too. The coffee maker was so used I could not read how to start it until I simply figured it out two days into my stay. Email communications with property manager were way to slow so I asked for a call back and amber received one. Overall stay was fine. The ac worked great and jacuzzi too.

Nice home. Few issues

This was a nice clean house and we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues. The hot tub was not available for use, and we were only told about it 2 hours prior to check in. No dedicated parking spot, the home owners took the spot in the back where we had been parking the whole time. The house is also a guest house next to a full home which is not made clear in the post. Home owners were outside smoking, and a child walked past the bathroom window twice, staring in both times.

Thank you for the review and feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay with us was not perfect and we apologize we were unable to let you know sooner about the hot tub heater going out. Unfortunatley these things happen without a warning, and we are unable to predict them ourself. We did however let you know as soon as we found out and compensated you for the troubles. This home is a duplex with street parking available. We will have a talk with the tenant next door as that is totally unacceptable. Again we apologize for the inconveniences and wish you the best!

Families with Children

We stayed here for a week and I have minimal complaints. One thing I do want to note is that if you have small children, the main bedroom has a sliding door that goes straight outside which made us a bit nervous as our curious 4 year old could easily exit the bedroom during naps but we were able to utilize the other bedroom. Another thing worth noting is that the tile edges on the counters are extremely sharp in spots and my child almost hit their head a few times, luckily we avoided any accidents. We walked around with socks on the first night and our socks were filthy, so bring some house shoes. I opted to buy some bathroom cleaner as well for bath time due to some visible hairs in the tub when we arrived. The tap water gets EXTREMELY hot so make sure to monitor your kids. Overall, it was a good stay, the yard is fenced, the hot-tub is amazing and the neighborhood is quiet so the hammock made for a great wind down each night.

Great space but a little deceiving

Had to park several houses away, which I expected street parking but didn’t expect to have to walk so far with all of our luggage after a long drive. We were waiting outside for about 30 minutes because our code wouldn’t work we received in our reservation email and then no one answered initially, then when finally someone did, the code still wouldn’t work then they gave us a new one. It was 14° out. We were focused on the hot tub though and we were grateful for it but it still smelled like stale pond water. The hot tub was very dirty. We also found a black widow in the paper towel holder in the kitchen. I took a picture of it and those things might want to be checked more clearer when cleaning, maybe. The main room is very cold from the sliding doors. A thicker curtain or something that covers the whole window might be helpful. . It would have been good to know there was a hair dryer so I didn’t have to pack it. If it was on the listing, I guess I missed it. If it was not on there, I suggest you add it. That would’ve been great for me & the other ladies in our group. Also, the “check-out” instructions was to take the garbage out only we never found the garbage can outside. There was also a lot of dog poop in the front yard we had to walk through to get to our fence to enter the rental. We loved the tv room downstairs. We had a great movie night with the whole family. Plus there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Beautiful home with a Christmas tree. Great touch! Also there was pancake mix and syrup in the cabinet. I loved that & brought a huge smile to mine and my family’s face. I don’t know if it was intentional or left from previous renter but I’m grateful it was there. I bought some stuff and left it there. Hope it brings joy to the next person like it did for me. I also liked the ability to use the washing machine. Leaving a couple pods of laundry soap was helpful. Overall it would be a great place to stay if those things were taken care of. I would be willing to stay there again.
