Enjoy your evenings on a private patio in a personal hot tub at the base of the idyllic mountains of Colorado Springs! During the day, a beautiful private yard covered with flowers, roses, and a towering blue spruce! Views are fantastic, with Pikes Peak to the West, and Downtown Colorado Springs to the East! The condo houses three meticulously furnished bedrooms with private work from homes spaces. Also includes laundry, a gas fireplace, and kitchen.

Right next to the Broadmoor Seven Falls parking lot.

The house was perfect for my husband and me for our stay close to Garden of the Gods and Pike’s Peak. Communication was excellent with Austin the entire time. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and the house itself is nice and private. Short drive to Wal-Mart and restaurants. 100% will stay again.

We had a great stay at this property while vacationing in Colorado. It is so close to many attractions. The home was quiet, clean, and had more than enough space for our family of four. The hot tub was the perfect way to end each day!

The lodge was very clean, spacious, and had a cozy vibe. The hot tub was one of the main reasons we booked the place and it was well kept and the highlight of our experience. I would definitely recommend this place for a cozy getaway!
