Just as advertised, we enjoyed using this house as our home for Thanksgiving week while visiting our Colorado family. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and great location helped to make our stay very enjoyable!

We chose this home because it was centrally located for several family events we were attending. We found it offered easy access to every part of town. The space was comfortable for our group of five adults, and even with a second car, on street parking was always easy to find. The house was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, along with toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The host was attentive and welcoming. Insider Tip: The double bed sits quite low to the ground. The guest assigned to that room had recently had knee surgery and wasn’t able to get up from it, so they used the sleeper sofa instead and found it reasonably comfortable for a sofa bed. Overall, we would recommend this property.

Overall, we had a great stay. Wish we knew that there was additional loft rental above the garage as we had trouble parking our car in garage due to the space. Also, on the side of the house ( master bedroom) the tree kept rubbing the house as it was windy making a lot of noise.

Super clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in and loved the neighborhood. Nice and quiet with a great view of the mountains when you go outside. The house was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Getaway!

My family and I absolutely loved this place. The house was just as described. It was very clean and roomy. Check in was a breeze and communication was excellent. Definitely plan on staying there again on our next trip to Colorado.

Very nice place, Bruce the property manager was excellent with communication. He takes all of the worry out staying in a new place. Because of Bruce, we will be staying at the places he manages on our future visits to Colorado Springs.

Great place for family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Place was very spacious and clean for our family of 5. Location was great to get to everything we wanted to do. Only recommendation would be to replace the upstairs carpet with vinyl or tile and add a tv to the master bedroom :)
