What a gem! We had the very best time staying in Treasure Island. From early communication that was returned immediately, check-in to having everything we needed- even beach chairs, towels and sun umbrella. This condo was perfect. Even our teenage kids said everything was perfect. We loved every minute - thank you!

Great location

Overall, the place was just what we were looking for. Great location and well stocked with all the essentials. The living room couch is super uncomfortable though. It creaks and sinks when you sit down and had no support. Luckily the weather was great and we spent most of our time on the beach anyway.

My rating would be higher except for the construction on each side of this property, they start making noise very early. This is no fault of this property, and will certainly be very different once construction is done, but it does affect the overall experience

Beautiful views

All in all the property was as described. The sunsets were beautiful. The kitchen cabinets had veneer falling off that was tacked on with thumb tacks and there was obvious water damage to the master bedroom vanity. In addition, the A/C was not operable. I missed dinner plans because I had to wait for the property manager to contact an HVAC company to come and fix the AC. The A/C was never fixed. Accommodations were fair for the price.

The property needs some updating. Fan was broken and floors were filthy. Both were taken care of as soon as we called. The kitchen table chair was broken. But the maintenance person, Johnny was fantastic. Front desk people
