The Main Villa:
- 4 king size bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, outdoor showers, walk in closets and private balconies
- Great room with fully stocked kitchen, eating bar, living room, dining room and powder room
- Outdoor dining, living area, sun loungers and infinity edge pool
- Laundry room with washer and dryer
** Please note the fourth bathroom is the only indoor shower, all others are outdoor
The Guest Villa:
- 2 king size bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and outdoor showers
- Great room with a fully stocked kitchen, eating bar and living room
- Private deck with plunge pool, outdoor dining area, lounging area, sun loungers and Weber grill
- Laundry facilities in the Main Villa or take advantage of our Laundry Service in the Guest Villa!
Come and enjoy the breathtaking Caribbean ocean views from every room and don't forget to bring your bathing suit for basking in the sun and taking a dip in the Infinity edge pool on the upper deck. If you are looking for a quiet place to take a dip - head down to the Guest Villa plunge pool and watch the cruise ships sail away at the end of your day.
All of the six bedrooms are well appointed with King size Layla mattresses and Brooklinen sheets, comforters, pillows and towels. Every bedroom also has a luxurious ensuite, with his and her sinks, outdoor showers with oversized rainheads and private water closets. There are even large sliding doors leading to your own private decks - perfect for a quiet morning coffee or evening cocktails!
The upper floor of the Main Villa is entertainment central, with ample indoor and outdoor space.
A complete gourmet kitchen that includes:
- a 6 burner stainless steel gas range
- french door refrigerator
- beverage fridge and bar area
- dishwasher
- an island fit for a queen (or king) with seating for four or five people
This fully stocked space includes all the amenities with the highest quality cookware, utensils, flatware, glasses and place settings. If you decide to eat in and enjoy grilling out, you will appreciate cooking on the Weber grill just outside the double sliding doors. The cozy living room is perfect for a passing rain shower or catching up on some Netflix! There are both indoor and outdoor dining spaces - just in case the weather isn't cooperating - with seating for 8 at both tables.
This might be our favorite space in the whole house - the deck! Outside the double doors is the covered dining table and BBQ area, which leads to the outdoor living and lounging area, and the best part - the infinity edge pool overlooking West Bay Beach! You have the option to sip cocktails on the deck while watching the passing cruise ships to the south, or enjoy the pool and reef view to the north.
