This is a mobile home located in a very nice RV park. The location is good. Very close to Cherry Grove and all of N Myrtle. There are two wall A/C units and one is very loud. Both beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were good. Kitchen, not so much. Stove is in need of repair. Kitchen needed a good cleaning. Otherwise, we were happy with the stay!

Daddy/Daughter Weekend

Nice place to stay. Good size for a getaway with one of the kids. My daughter hates staying in hotels because she doesn’t have her own space in the evenings, this place was perfect. Super clean, beds were comfortable, everything worked. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back.

Place smelled old. Hair in master shower in several places. Mattress cover was stained.Beds were very comfortable Master shower needs upgrading. Bath towels in master bathroom looked like they should be used for rags or car wash. Overall stay was just ok.

RV Park

The house was perfect for our small group, with easy access to the pickle ball courts, cornhole, basketball and 2 very nice swimming pools a short 5-7 minute drive to the beaches and Myrtle Beach. Far away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach yet close to family entertainment, nightlife and restaurants, this is a perfect location for a long vacation or a weekend getaway!

SOS Weekend

Chose this home over a hotel. All our activities were in NMB which was above a 10 minute drive, but im glad we did. Enjoyed staying here much better than a hotel or condo.

Great spot for our stay in NMB

The house was in a great location for us. Removed from the traffic and tourist zones but not too far of a drive to go see and do things. The house had enough space for us and was comfortable for our family of 5. The two bathrooms and washer and dryer were great!

The property was very clean. It had everything you needed right down to a tooth brush. The neighborhood was also clean and neighbors were very nice. I would stay again.

Wonderful

Nice get away! Place was clean,comfortable,an very relaxing. Area was quiet,neighbors was friendly. Fishing was great even seen an alligator. A golf cart would have been great to have to get around the park. Overall had a great time! Would love to stay at this place again

A Nice Getaway

Loved the location, it was so relaxing to sit on the front porch and listen to the frogs sing. The house was a good lay out and makes you feel at home - was a bit hot when we first got there but they have plenty of window units and ceiling fans to get things cooled off. Check in/out was effortless and whenever I had to contact the owner - she was great!! Would absolutely stay here again - thank you for sharing your home!!!

Needed one nighter between beach house rentals

Really nice layout for compact space. Enjoyed our stay. Beds comfortable and living areas were cozy for visiting. The only draw back was 5 dead roaches on floor when we first entered property. No live ones were seen though.

Amazing

This little house was amazing and so was the owner!! We stayed 5 nights and we couldnt have asked for a better person to deal with!! The people in the resort was very nice too!! And the pond across the street has a gator that we got to enjoy watching!! Thank u so much for renting it to us! We are hoping to come back in the future and we will definetly stay here when we do!!

Get away

Love the location. It's quiet and nothing to far away. It's off the main stretch. No loud kids. Wish the pool was open but still had a relaxing time. Beds comfortable and everything was very clean. Well definitely stay again.

Wonderful quite stay

The house was in a gated neighborhood. It was very clean. Everything worked great. The pools were very nice and my grandchildren enjoyed the toys in the home. Wished it would have come with a golf cart because that is how everyone was getting around. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. We will stay here again.

Cute house

We loved this house all except the ac unit was too small for the house so the ac only reached temp at night. Also only few cleaning supplies were provided and no mop. Your suppose to clean this unit yourself but felt we didn't have what we needed to do a great job with that. Otherwise this house is in a wonderful location and is so cute and homey!

Washer and microwave did not work, called owner was told was being replaced AFTER our stay. We should have been told this ahead of time as we only brought so many clothes and had no microwave to use for items we purchased as we store shopped before checking in. Air conditioner in master bedroom hardly cooled room. Place had a very musty smell inside. If washer wasn’t working how long had towels and sheets been washed prior to our check in? Roaches .

Great house

House was very nice. Was a little disappointed that the washer didn’t work. Had to get in touch with owner and she responded quickly and told us that it stopped working. She let us know there was a washer to use by the pools. So I went to use it and it wasn’t very friend to figure out. You had to download the app and I didn’t have any internet it took forever to download. It wasn’t really user friendly. It took a while to download then you had to sign up on there site. Not very friendly at all.

The house is in disrepair. When entering there’s an evident musty smell, which, unfortunately, upon our return home, was stuck to all of our clothes. Master bedroom, one ceiling fan blade was missing a screw and hanging by the remaining screw, we took the blade off so it didn’t go flying across the room. Master bathroom, faucet comes out of the wall when you engage the pull on the shower. Tiles are loose along the tub. Lots of used stuff in the cabinets like toothbrushes, nail polish. Back bedroom, every possible drawer space filled with sheets, blankets, even a rug. Nowhere to put clothes. In the second bathroom sometimes the shower worked and sometimes it didn’t. In the bathroom cabinet, there was a hairbrush sitting on the shelf chock full of somebody’s hair. In the kitchen, there were puddles of grease caught in the inserts below the stove elements and we were afraid of causing a fire so we really didn’t use the stove too much. Plus the read out on the stove was cracked and pushed in with exposed wiring. It has the feeling of staying in somebody’s full time house with all their personal stuff around. And they are not making the necessary repairs and standard maintenance needed. None of these things were recent, you could tell things have been broken for a while. Saving grace was beds were comfortable.
