The pool and hot tub are relaxing. The bar is always the perfect place to hang out. And the chairs facing the sunset are our favorite spot. It's an excellent place for a relaxing vacation with lots of things to do nearby.

AMAZING PLACE!!

Usually the pictures are great and the real thing is tired, old and just plain nasty. Marlin Bay is probably the best place we have rented - EVER! The condos are extremely well equipped, up to date, and spotless. The condo was like a home - everything in the place was functioning and in top notch shape. Everyone who stayed with us (2 other couples) agreed. The grounds in the condo community were also well maintained and clean. The pool area and pool bar have enough seats for everyone. The exercise room and common areas - beautiful. The staff were respectful and helpful.

Amazing Vacation - Immaculate home

A “10” in Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 7 day vacation turned into 10 because we absolutely LOVED Marlin Bay Resort! The pictures look like postcards online and are not edited...this place is even more beautiful in person! Exceptional staff from the start at Reservations to our Concierge, Pool/Bar staff, grounds keepers, etc. Every person we met was so friendly, so helpful & stayed out of sight unless you needed them so you enjoy a peaceful, relaxing vacation! September is a great choice...very few people & we enjoyed it so much! We have been many places & stayed in many nice residences but this one just made our top 3 favorite so far! One fantastic feature...the Pool is regulated & always a perfect, refreshing cool temp to enjoy & not feel like a sauna! Our adult kids (22 & 28) already want to come back next year!! Thank you everyone at Marlin Bay for a terrific vacation away from Arkansas! Our 5th trip to The Keys & you guys have nailed it at this gorgeous resort!

Best Marathon Vacation

We loved our stay at Marlin Bay. The property is beautiful. The home was amazing and spotless. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The check in process was so easy and the concierge was always available via text. The pool never felt crowded. The bartenders at the pool were awesome. The groundskeepers kept the place spotless. We loved everything about Marlin Bay and will definitely be back.

What an Awesome Week!

Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying at Marlin Bay with friends and family and once again the staff, our unit, the resort itself and the marina were simply fabulous. Not only is Marlin Bay Resort and Marina one of the premiere places to stay in the Keys, it may very well be the finest. The condo itself is an exquisite, intelligent three-story design that truly lends itself to a week of fun. It is every bit as beautiful as the pictures and 360 tour on the Marlin Bay website. The condo was absolutely spotless again this year. The restaurants in Marathon, the fishing, the dolphin research center, etc. were all fantastic as well. Thanks Marlin Bay!

Wonderful Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Third time we have rented these homes, and they are all basically the same and immaculate inside and out. I commented to my wife that the owner/manager is OCD, it is cleaner than Disney. My wife saw a few birds land by the pool and they did their business and literally 5 minutes later the guy comes by with a hose and washed it away. We will be regulars, only thing was an occasional smell of sea grass, but most of the times I think the wind is in their favor.
