Welcome to Seascape Point! Perfectly situated at the end of a quiet block, this stunning property juts out into the Atlantic Ocean to offer amazing water views from every angle. Its incredible location next to a nature preserve provides you with additional privacy and daily sightings of exotic, tropical birds.



The spacious layout of the house consists of 2 floors which are not connected inside. Each floor has its own living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom (total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). The bottom floor features a small kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker, while the top floor has a complete, stunning kitchen that opens into the living area — making it the perfect space for entertaining!



The two floors are private with separate entrances and are connected by an exterior staircase, making it ideal for groups that want to vacation together but still have their own space. Both floors are updated with modern appliances, bathrooms, and luxury finishes throughout.



Relax on the second floor porch that wraps around the entire back and sides of the house with its unique glass railing, providing completely unobstructed views, or enjoy the ocean breeze under the shade of the large tiki hut in the backyard. High tide brings stunning views of the expansive Atlantic Ocean, while low tide transforms the landscape into a natural paradise where tropical birds walk around the exposed sandy flats.



Enjoy a gorgeous new pool and spa (hot tub) completed in March 2022. Pool heating is available for an additional charge of $200 per week. Please notify us at least 1 week in advance of your scheduled check-in date if you'd like to add pool heating to your stay.



On-premise private docking with over 50' of sea wall. Seascape Point's oceanfront location provides immediate access to your favorite boating activities. A well marked channel immediately behind the property gets you into open waters within minutes. The boat channel is approximately 3' deep at low tide. Fishing and kayaking are good right off the house. For swimming in clear, blue water we recommend Sombrero beach, Bahia Honda, Sunset Park Beach or taking a boat to a sand bar. For snorkeling and diving you will need a boat to access the nearby reefs.



Despite its quiet and private location, Seascape Point is conveniently located less than a mile from Sombrero Beach, a short 4 minute drive to Publix (grocery store), and close to many local seafood restaurants and other fine dining establishments.
