Notre condo est parfaitement situĂ© sur le coin est prisĂ©e, 7Ăšme Ă©tage donnant directement sur la riviĂšre Lazy Ă  Phoenix Orange Beach avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe !! Évitez les ascenseurs et garez-vous au mĂȘme Ă©tage que le condo !! Nous avons Ă©galement une serrure de porte d'entrĂ©e sans clĂ© pour que vous n'ayez pas Ă  garder les clĂ©s pendant votre sĂ©jour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou par les fenĂȘtres du sol au plafond de l'unitĂ©. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrĂ©s, l'unitĂ© est trĂšs spacieuse, nouvellement meublĂ©e et nouvelle sur le marchĂ© de la location!



Les services sont nombreux dans ce condo de Phoenix Orange Beach: l'unité est équipée d'appareils de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'une télévision intelligente à écran plat 65 pouces dans le salon et d'une télévision à écran plat de 60 pouces 4 chambres et une Smart TV de 55 "dans la 4Úme chambre, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a un lit King dans le Master, un lit King dans la 2Úme chambre, un lit King dans la 3Úme chambre, deux lits Queen dans la 4Úme chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes.



Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à accÚs nul avec un toboggan qui se connecte à une riviÚre paresseuse, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux grands jacuzzi, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne donnant sur le Golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis au 10Úme étage.



Phoenix Orange Beach est parfaitement situé en plein milieu de Orange Beach! Des épiceries et plusieurs restaurants, dont Moe's BBQ, Hurricane Grill, Starbucks, Tacos Chronic, Subway, Cafe Beignets, Rotolo's Pizzeria, Gilbys, Cactus Cantina, Dairy Queen et bien plus, sont situés dans la rue.



Il y a une limite d'ùge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

Great Trip

We’ve stayed in this condo before. It’s perfect size for our family. You could tell it had a little more wear and tear since last time, but was still fine. Had an issue with the coffee pot and they brought a new one the next day. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed from Thurs to Sunday Labor Day weekend for my 40th bday. If we were staying any longer, I would have requested to change units. FIRE THE CLEANING COMPANY! The unit was filthy. Unwashed coffee pot, dishes, we all had black feet from the floor, counters not wiped down and baby roaches constantly crawling on the kitchen counter. Overall, we made the best of it and had a good weekend. The unit was nice but unfortunately super dirty. Hate leaving bad reviews but a new cleaning company would fix this.

Great vacation!

We had a great time and the condo was perfect. We had a couple of little things that didn’t work or didn’t get cleaned great, but nothing that would ruin our stay. My family has already agreed this is where we want to stay next year. Hopefully that will be an option.

Beautiful views and beautiful property!

Great property. Do wish it was a little cleaner when we arrived, (sand all over in every room, tub/shower needed to be cleaner, jets need a good clean out) need to provide garbage bags, and simple things like dish washer tabs, vacuum for hard floors. Other then that is was a great place to stay and would come back.

Wonderful

Overall it was just as it showed! Views are wonderful, pool was very nice. Beach was nice and close. Grilling area was nice with lots of room. There were 10 of us and it did not feel crowded at all. The only complaint I had was the late check in time, 4:30 seems late. The dryer did work very well, took several cycles to dry. Overall I would definitely stay there again, we had a wonderful stay.

Great week at the beach

Great condo enough room for 10. Loved the following: close parking, separate ice maker, balcony view, layout of condo,Keurig, trash shoot across the hallway Add: more kitchen and bathroom towels, more Tupperware, better dryer, fix refrigerator shelf that was missing and broken patio chair, better toilet paper. Add chair and umbrella rental and Earlier check in. Close shopping is nice
go early in the morning for fully stocked shelves. We would stay here again.

Great location ! The layout of the condo is very nice ! But the condo was really dirty , dirty sheets , mold in one of the bathrooms . The floor had not been swept very very disappointing ! To bad because it’s a beautiful unit with a great location .

Reviewer Comments: The condo overall was good, but from my understanding, the condo is for sale so I felt like the owners has just not gonna spend any money on it and I understand that but at the same time we paid the same price as we were at the another condo like it, but when it came to the dryer we had to dry clothes four and five times to get them dry and the refrigerator. We put our drinks and our groceries in there on Saturday and it was Tuesday before the drinks was cold or somewhat cold. But the Phoenix Orange Beach is in a great location. It is a great place to stay. The pool area with a lazy river is great. The walk to the beach is not bad at all so would I recommend this place? Yes I would and I feel like when this particular condo is sold. The new owners will go in and replace the stuff and it will be a perfect place to stay!
