Les photos de construction ont été prises le 30 décembre 2018 et la piscine intérieure et les bains à remous sont terminés. Le condo sera entièrement meublé d’ici mars et les photos fournies ne seront qu’une représentation de ce à quoi le condo ressemblera, le mobilier sera légèrement différent.

Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 4ème étage donnant directement sur la rivière Lazy à Phoenix Orange Beach avec une vue panoramique imprenable sur le golfe !! Évitez les ascenseurs et garez-vous au même étage que le condo !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder les clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou par les baies vitrées du salon et de la chambre principale. Avec plus de 1 750 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, nouvellement meublée et nouvelle sur le marché de la location!



Les services sont nombreux dans ce condo de Phoenix Orange Beach: l'unité est équipée d'appareils de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur haute définition à écran plat 65 "dans le salon et d'un téléviseur haute définition à écran plat de 55" dans le boîtier principal, ainsi que d'un Smart de 50 " Télévision dans les 2ème et 3ème chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a un lit King dans le maître et deux lits Queen dans les 2ème et 3ème chambres pour dormir jusqu'à 10.



Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à accès nul avec un toboggan qui se connecte à une rivière paresseuse, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux grands jacuzzi, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le Golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis au 10ème étage.



Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.



Vos vacances seront complètes à Phoenix Orange Beach avec toutes les commodités, la plage et un hébergement luxueux. Very nice room. Decorated nicely. Property grounds are nice. The only complaint my family has is the cleanliness of the room. It wasn’t very clean upon check-in. Otherwise, great stay!

The fact that you can park on the floor and just walk to your condo is spot on! View is amazing! Grand kiddos loved indoor pool, as it was still a little chilly. Be prepared to have to dry your clothes or towels several cycles to be fully dried. But a small price to pay. Loved the direct keypad access. Highly recommend this rental.

Awesome spot

Condo was clean and met all our needs. The location was perfect. Out to door to the elevators and reception guy out to the beach. Loved being able to park so close to the condo also. Made unloading super easy! Will stay again!

Nice Place!

The place was spacious and as listed with a wonderful view, in essence...a nice place! Check-in and check-out was simple and we had no need to contact the owner. Access via the parking garage was easy, especially with our elderly parents, the elevators were near and getting to the lazy river was a breeze. We really enjoyed the condo and would most definitely use it again!

Fun in the sun

Everything was very nice. Totally enjoyed our stay. Could add more hooks in bathroom for beach towels and swim suits. (Personal preference). Clean and great view of the beach. We will be back!

Our host was wonderful to work with. We had to modify our stay a couple times because we went to the Sand in My Boots festival but that was a mess! We bought 3rd party tix and we will never do that again! Anyways, the host was very understanding and worked with us. The condo had everything we needed and we would definitely book with them again.

Summer get together for my wife's birthday.

Beach was great. Our two Granddaughters loved the pool area. We had 6 adults and 4 children. The 3 full bathrooms were great for getting ready to go places and getting cleaned up after a day at the beach and pool. Location was great for restaurants. Walmart and Publix for all our food needs. The enclosed parking garage was great for keeping the car from being overly hot. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our week in this condo at the beach. The listing is 100% accurate. The description and pictures depict the condo just as it is. Communication with the property manager and the check-in was simple and straightforward. Both of the coffee pots in the unit were not working in correctly and the property manager delivered a new one quickly. The location to stores and restaurants in Orange Beach is fabulous. Parking on the floor of the unit was a real plus! We would definitely rent this condo again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were pleased with the experience. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. We found a dirty diaper under the bed. The people at the front desk weren't very helpful. They kept refering us to the rental company. The water slide was out of service quite a bit during our stay, but repairs are necessary.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is in a great location with beautiful views of the Gulf. The unit is large with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, all in good condition. The property was advertised to be 3 years old, but I would guess maybe 7 - 10 years old. Although generally very nice, the cloth couches were soiled (maybe just from age) and the rugs had not been cleaned in quite a while. These two issues moved our rating down one notch.

The condo is beautiful, but there were some issues. There was a problem with the tv in the main bedroom. We called for service, and the representative was not able to resolve the issue. The lighting was poor in all 3 bedrooms. The sheets in the main bedroom were extremely dingyclean

Vacation with Grandson

The condo was plenty big enough for the 5 of us the lazy river and pool area with a slide was a hit for my grandson. Property was close to everything we wanted to do. The only negative, if I would call it a negative would be having to reach out to the property management people to receive the check in packet. I have used VRBO many many times and we have always gotten the check in packet at least a week out. We did not receive ours until Thursday morning before our stay on Saturday. Was getting a little nervous. But all was good in the end
