Come see why this Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 11th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, and two Queens in the 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10.

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Lovely condo with plenty of room for our family stay. Great beach and lazy river was fun. Plenty of parking and elevators. The kitchen is very well equipped which is great.

We had a good time but things could have been better

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was no blender in the condo and the coffee maker was a little dated. I told management that the sink faucet is very loose and was unable to move it from side to side. The living room furniture can be either deep cleaned or replaced. The rugs are not clean and honestly I would rather no rugs because I know it is hard to keep those clean at the beach.

Had no issues at all. We usually have issues at resorts with slow elevators, but we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Will definitely be back! Easy access to the beach. Lacking for price point

We have stayed at this resort in the past and it was great. The beds were uncomfortable, worst bedding we have experienced. Fridge was missing shelving. Lacked basic glassware and flatware. Overall I wouldn’t stay at this unit for what we payed. I hate leaving a negative review but they need to invest in better linens, and the basics when you pay nearly 500 per night.
