Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Vous séjournez dans un grand studio à l'endroit parfait pour avoir accès à tout ce que Cabo a à offrir! Une vue magnifique sur la marina depuis le balcon privé et sortez par la porte de tout! Aucune voiture ou taxi nécessaire lorsque vous séjournez dans ce condo mis à jour. Vous êtes à quelques pas des restaurants, des boutiques, des activités et de la célèbre plage de Medano. Pas de soucis, PROFITEZ !!

L'unité est au premier étage, accessible par des escaliers et un ascenseur dans une aile sécurisée (verrouillée) du bâtiment. La réception est ouverte 24h / 24.

Il y a un lit queen plus un canapé-lit, une nouvelle climatisation, beaucoup d'espace de rangement pour les invités, une cuisine rudimentaire avec cafetière, une plaque de cuisson à induction à brûleur unique, un grille-pain, un four à griller.

Le balcon donne sur la marina et le nord-ouest vers Pedregal avec une belle vue au coucher du soleil.

Juste à l'extérieur du bâtiment, Cabo vous attend! Des centaines de restaurants, bars, boutiques sont tous à quelques pas. La célèbre plage de Medano est à quelques minutes à pied et des bateaux-taxis sont là pour vous emmener aux arches de Lover s Beach et de Land s End. Passez vos journées à faire de la plongée avec tuba, à pêcher en haute mer, à faire du tourisme ou à vous prélasser sur la plage. Cette maison est à quelques pas de tout! Ou louez une voiture et visitez les villes voisines de Todos Santos, Cerritos Beach, San Jose ou East Cape. Faites vos achats au centre commercial Puerto Paraiso de première classe, juste à l'intérieur de la marina. Ou allez observer les baleines et faire de la plongée en apnée et danser toute la nuit ... La vie nocturne de Cabo est chaude et à quelques minutes.

This was the perfect place to stay as very nice and secure and the room had everything you need.

The property was very nice and secure. It is located overseeing the marina and walking distance to everything so it has something for everyone. The room is very nice and has everything you would need. The bbq came in handy as cooked hamburgers for some of the venders down below. Would definitely stay here again.

Another amazing getaway!

Cameron the host is very accessible if needed. He is there to make sure your stay is as pleasant as can be. The room has everything you need and the location is perfect as in the middle of the marina, night life and minutes from the beach. The desk people are so helpful and pleasant. The pool is on top and over looks the marina and the nightlife. This is the second time staying here and it’s really a nice nice place for a couple. No stress no drama just enjoy each day there!!

Place is fantastic location. 5 min walk to a massive great food store. Restaurants all around. Beautiful boats coming and going. Right in the heart of the Cabo San Lucas action. Host was very helpful as well. Great price. Well equipped with even salt, pepper, spices, the basics. On site team in the lobby very friendly and helpful as well. Will stay there again for SURE..!!!

We had an amazing stay. The Owner communication was excellent. It was easy to find the building and check in. The location is amazing. I felt the place was more spacious than I expected. Kitchen was great. We had a great time.

It was a great experience staying here, Cam is really attentful and helped me with anything I needed. I will say, I didn't mind it but it does get noisy in the morning with everyone opening up the shops and people cleaning the boats so something to think about if you plan on having long nights in Cabos. For me 10/10 experience

This is a nice little studio with a comparably large kitchen area and nice sized bathroom. AC was nice and cool along with ceiling fans to move the air around. Great little balcony looks out over the marina.The staff were very attentive, polite and available.Setting up our stay was easy and the owner was very communicative.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Cabo! The location was fantastic — centrally located and close to endless dining and bar options, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the area. The room itself had a lot of character, and the marina view was absolutely beautiful. The staff throughout the property were very friendly, and the rooftop pool was a great feature. One small property-related issue was that many of the lounge chairs by the pool seemed broken and could use replacement, though this was clearly not an issue with the condo owner specifically. The beach was conveniently just around the corner, and we appreciated that the owner provided beach chairs for guests to use. The chairs themselves could probably use an update since some of the carrying handles were broken, but it was still a very thoughtful and useful amenity to have available. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

I had a great time at this condo! The condo is perfect for a single or a couple. Nicely set up, great location, nice local managers, you really can't ask for more! I will be staying at this condo again when I visit Cabo!

The condo was clean and very safe! Had everything we needed to cook and even had beach chairs and a small ice chest! The view is stunning and the staff were very helpful. Only negative was there was no plastic cups for the pool but the market right outside the building had plastic cups so it was an easy fix. Definitely recommend and would return again!

Cabo marina view studio

Excellent location with direct marina view. Super clean and phenomenal staff! Some minor hiccups at check-in but host was was very responsive and quickly resolved our concerns . Be aware that this is a somewhat noisy area with many bars and shops within a short distance….earplugs are a must . Thank you so much Cam , we had a blast and will be back :))

Extremely roomy! Nice balcony and view! All the equipment you need in a kitchen, but there isn't one. If you're adaptive, you can make your own, and have all the comforts of home. Very secure, nice pool. Would definitely stay again!

First off, location, location, location!!! This cute little unit was in the perfect spot. From the balcony, we enjoyed many sunsets, cools breezes, plenty of shade, people watching, listening to music, watching the boats leave and enter the marina, and quite a few sea lions provided hours of entertainment! The building is secure so we felt very safe, and the unit had all the amenities we needed for an amazing stay! If you left and walked to the right, you have access to many restaurants, shops, bars, a mall and tons of activities to select from on the marina. If you walk a little farther about 1 mile, you are in downtown Cabo with a ton more options of restaurants, shops, bars, night clubs and very good massages! If you walk to the left, in less than a mile you can take the chairs, umbrellas and cooler and have an amazing time at the beach! To get to Medano Beach it is a bit further, but there is beach access less than a mile from the unit as well as more restaurants, shops and convenience stores. The rooftop pool was also amazing! Beautiful views with gorgeous sunsets and excellent views of the marina, the arches and the mountains are stunning. It is very private and there is a lot of seating to tan, read, and relax with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. The unit itself was very nicely remodeled well stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. LOVED the water dispenser in the room! Staff was great! Did I mention location was AMAZING! We recommend booking!!

Everything we expected. The cost was very affordable. If you want to stay on the marina and the night life, it is very good. Very accommodating.
