À distance de marche (littĂ©ralement 3 minutes) de la belle plage de St. Pete Florida ce condo entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade parfaite. Avec seulement 19 unitĂ©s dans le bĂątiment, c'est vraiment une oasis de dĂ©tente. Superbe piscine, espace barbecue, buanderie privĂ©e en suite. EntiĂšrement approvisionnĂ© avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous avez besoin pour prĂ©parer vos repas dans la toute nouvelle cuisine avec un grand espace de comptoir en granit, une cuisiniĂšre, un grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur / congĂ©lateur et un lave-vaisselle. Lit queen dans le maĂźtre et canapĂ©-lit queen dans le salon pour 4 personnes au total. Deux tĂ©lĂ©viseurs et wifi pour votre plaisir. TĂ©lĂ©phone fixe avec appels gratuits partout en AmĂ©rique du Nord. Parking pour 2 voitures - pas que vous ayez besoin de votre voiture avec de nombreux restaurants et magasins juste en haut de la route. Stay at St. Pete Beach

Enjoyed our stay at Waves with a nice pool and just a short walk to the lovely beach at Upham. It is a quiet complex and a comfortable unit. The area was hit by the hurricanes but is making a comeback and welcoming visitors.

Waves is like home away from home. We enjoy the space and the neighborhood away from high rises. Very walkable area, great beach and authentic dining and shopping.

Fantastic return visit

We stayed here last year and returned as we enjoyed it so much. Whilst the area is still recovering, the apartment is still as good. Ideal location with everything you would need in the apartment. Jim was fantastic and let us know exactly the situation after the hurricane and made our stay great. Would highly recommend.

This condo is right in the middle of everything. Super close to the beach, restaurants, bars and night life. We loved it. We would definitely stay here again. Clean and the pool was very nice.

Great condo for a couple

My wife and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving week to visit family. This condo is in a great location to get to everything you want in St Pete Beach. The kitchen, while small, has everything you need to make great meals. The complex was quiet, although there appeared that only a handful of units were occupied. Easy walk to the beaches and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This rental was amazing and very clean. My fiancé and I enjoyed it, it was the perfect little spot for us. The condo had everything we needed for the beach. We will definitely come back to this cozy spot. It was walking distance to everything including great restaurants and easy access to the beach.

Updated unit, Great pool

There is a lot great about this unit: updated, comfortable furniture and bed, well stocked kitchen and beach items. (we really appreciated the beach umbrella!) It truly is a few minutes walk from the beach.Nice clean pool! The laundry facility with washer and dryer in the unit is incredible (spacious with hanging racks and amazingly items dry over night) A/C unit works very wellThe reason 4 star for location is the surrounding area is urban with lots of buildings but unit still manages to have a quaint feeling.

Close to the beach

We liked that we could walk to the beach and didn’t have to drive and pay to park. The pool was a great temperature! We cooked in the condo quite a bit, and they had pretty much everything we needed for that.

Fantastic beach condo

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect for us. The condo is clean and comfortable. The location can’t be beat. The owners are very responsive and their cousin lives close by if any assistance is needed. The condo has many extras you might need like seasoning, baggies, soaps, etc. We will definitely book with Jim and Norah next time we visit the area. Highly recommend!

Cozy Oasis in St. Pete

The property is well maintained, the pool is wonderful, and within walking distance of a great beach. The Upham Beach neighborhood has a laid back vibe with a couple of beach bars, a few restaurants, and shops on Corey and Gulf—-great, central location= kayaking, golf, downtown.The unit is 5 star. It is updated (kitchen and bathroom) with beach decor and has a absolutely everything you need from beach chairs to spices!

Lovely St. Petes Condo

Loved this small condo complex. It was private and peaceful and close to the beach. Came with everything you would need in the kitchen and for the beach. New shower was nice. Clean complex and condo. Nice heated pool protected from the outside. This was a 1 bedroom
perfect for 2 people. Close to restaurants and shops.

All the conveniences you need

Great instructions. Easy walking to restaurants, beach paths, clean, separate w/d room w beach chairs, tons of towels, sunscreen and beautifully equipped kitchen. Only issue was out of date wifi password ... could not find network. Would use again

Perfect stay

We stayed in this condo in July 2023 for three nights. The condo is located close to beach, restaurants and all the excitement of St Pete's Beach. The condo was bigger in real than it looked on the photos. Very clean and everything what you need was available. Also the pool was nice and sunny whole day long. Fantastic Location

Very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Everything you could need is there with the added bonus of washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The owner kindly contacted us before we arrived telling us about possible work that might happen in the complex and we could cancel if we wished. In the end the work never happened, but we really appreciated the offer. Will hopefully be back.
