This charming cottage, which is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood and just a quick stroll to the Emerald Coast shoreline, features two bedrooms and two and a half baths. It can accommodate up to eight beach-ready guests.
Walk up the paver-tiled drive and step through the glass-front entry into this rental homeâs spacious, open living area. A couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa and armchair face an armoire with a TV, which is great for entertainment, especially after a long day at the beach. The space opens effortlessly into the dining area, where you will find a dining table surrounded by six chairs. Besides stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops, the newly remodeled kitchen also includes an open bar with seating for four. A gas grill outside of the back door is available for use, as well.
Ascend the stairs to find the quaint sleeping quarters. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, en-suite bath, private balcony, and TV. The guest room includes a queen-size bunk, en-suite bath, and access to an individual balcony.
Next door, the seasonally heated community pool is available for guests looking to relax and unwind. Take a book and enjoy the coastal breeze as you sit by the pool, or grab the kids and make a splash in the fresh water. Besides being near the best beach in Florida, guests are also close to restaurants, beach bars, bistros, boutiques, galleries, musical concerts, unique festivals, and more. Whether you choose to stay in the quiet residential area or make your way to more populated areas in the vicinity, everyone will find something to do when staying at this vacation home.
