Chaque chambre restante dispose d'un lit Queen. Un pli sur un canapé dans le salon. porche plein (avant) avec des siÚges. porche plein (blindé) de retour avec coin salon et 4 places fixe table de bistrot. Spacious and accommodating

The house was plenty spacious enough for our family and had enough space for children to play on the back porch. Love that it was located across from a cut through path to go to the front pool and could walk to the beach in 7 min. The owner/management company were extremely responsive and directions were clear. Doors were a little tricky to figure out how to lock.

the best 40th bday trip!

What a JOY to stay at the Blue Fish Cottage! The house was wonderful- clean, comfortable, and as described on the listing. Theres a cutthrough across the street that makes the walk to the beach so easy. King and the property managment company were SO responsive when we had questions and needed anything. We love being so close to some of our favorites- takeout shrimp from Goatfeathers, ice cream just down the street, and obviously- hours in the sunshine at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay!

We loved our stay at this house. It is close to the beach and pool. One of the best equipped kitchens we’ve ever had on vacation. The beds were comfy, everything is super updated and the common areas are great. Highly recommend!

May Vacay at Blue Fish Cottage

In all honesty, we have been vacationing in this area for over 25 years, often coming three times yearly. We have stayed in a many vacation rentals in the area and this one was by far our favorite!

Our family's stay at this property was everything we could expect. The location was close to the beach with easy access. The house itself was extremely well maintained and very comfortable. We will definitely plan to book this property again when we return.

Amazing Home and Location

This house is perfect for your 30A vacation. It is located just a simple easy walk to the beach and central to anything on 30A. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful for relaxing. The home is spacious and very clean. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.

Wonderful Beach House!

We (2 adults, 6 year old, 3 year old, and 8 month old) had an amazing time at the Blue Fish Cottage! A really wonderful location close to shops and food, and a very short walk to the beach! We will be back!!

Lovely and close to everything

The house layout was great for visiting with friends. Everything was lovely and clean. It was a quick walk to the beach access, neighborhood pool, and tennis courts, yet it still felt secluded.

Family vacation 2024

We had a wonderful week at Cassine Village. The house is perfect for us. I would highly recommend this house and area. We’ve stayed here several times and plan to come back! The host is very responsive, it’s a very short walk to the beach and shopping! We loved walking to ice cream shop with kids! Very family friendly area!

Perfect Place for a Perfect Vacation

We could not have picked a more perfect location. The cottage was precious. It was so easy getting to and from the beach with the bikes we rented. If we had a question, management answered our questions immediately. We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing week!!

Everything about the property was excellent! Super clean and well stocked kitchen. Beach toys - supplies were perfect. Cannot ask for a better house to stay in. Short cut to the public beach was wonderful. Deer Lake State Park was amazing.

Round Two.....Just as Fantastic as the First Visit

This house is AMAZING! This was our second time staying at the Blue Fish Cottage and it was just wonderful! The house is perfect! It's clean and comfortable! It's so close to the beach, but yet, private and quiet! Everything we needed we had! This will be the only place we stay when we visit again!

Great location, great owner and great communication

We absolutely loved staying here. Love the layout of the house which was perfect for 5 adults and 2 kids under 3 that went to bed early. Location was great and accurate that the walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. Also, we had a large request of the owner which she accommodated us. Thank you again!

Perfect Family Getaway

Great location. Walking distance to the beach The neighborhood was real quiet and peaceful. Great house for family with or without kids. House was laid out great for little kids. At night you could close off living room from bedroom so kids could sleep without being distributed. Great house.

Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful neighbors. Close to the beach access at 1 Seagrove Place. Nestled against Point Washington State Forrest the neighborhood has its own access to the trail system for the forest.

Blue Fish cottage is close to the beach access at 1 Seagrove Place. It is unique because it has only one neighboring property. There is a park/common area to the east side and a finger of the state forest across the back of the property.
