L’unité à l’étage comprend une cuisine complète, une cheminée, un lit queen size dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre, un canapé dans le salon et une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur les pentes de Sugar Mountain. 6 personnes. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The moment we approached this property we knew it was going to be a great stay. The skiers were fling by directly in front of our deck which was so much fun while sipping on a beverage.The home was clean and comfortable and well stocked with all utensils etc. We loved stepping off the slopes for lunch and drinks between runs.We hated checking out and can't wait to come back next year! Book early, this place fills up quickly!

Great Summer Stay at Sugar.

We stayed at the Slope Side Duplex for a Downhill Bike race in August. The place was clean comfortable and nicely appointed. The location was very convenient, with just a short walk to the lift and the lodge. Thanks to the owners for opening up your home for our weekend adventure. We would definitely stay again.

Family ski weekend

Great location! We loved the convenience of being able to ski in/out and watching the skiers from inside or out on the porch. It was very clean and cozy inside. One thing that could improve is the steps to get to it. They were very icy and dangerous! Other than that we had a great stay!

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Third year in a row staying here. The location is perfect. Back yard is the slope. Can’t say enough good things. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware you could possibly need. The whole place feels larger with the vaulted ceiling. Very cozy to just chill and watch the skiers go by in between sessions. The RRR team is amazing, very clean every time we’ve been there and they are just a phone call away if you have a problem (we didn’t). Super easy to check in and out. They provide great directions,and plenty of things to check out in the area. Next year we are bringing more friends and renting both upper and lower units. Can’t wait to come back.

Annual family ski/snowboard vacation.

Our family has a mixed level of skiers/snowboarders and needed a location that best suited the beginners. The upstairs is much more up-to-date and cared for but the downstairs needs some TLC & updating. Check-in/Check-out was flawless. There are a lot of steps to access the house and climbing those steps/slope can be a challenge especially when iced over.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well we got lucky again this year! 6 inches of snow while we were there!! Skiing was amazing! This is our second time renting the place and it works out great for our family of 4. Plenty of room and great for skiing. The place is right on the blue slope and you can ski right down to the lodge for your tickets. We will be back again next year! Very affordable and worth every penny.

It has plenty of room with large windows all around. It was fun watching the skiers come down the slope. The wood burning fireplace made the experience extra cozy! The only negative is the wobbly stair railing from the parking spot to the condo. This should be fixed for those with balance issues.

Slopesider at Sugar Mountain

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience all around. I have stayed at the lower level slopesider house before. This year I wanted to try the upstairs unit. Better than I anticipated. With the vaulted ceilings it felt larger than it is. Plenty of room for 5 adults (using fold out couch). The mud/changing room was a great feature that we used everyday. My friends wife was very happy we had a fireplace to use (starter logs only) but not a deal breaker as it was mainly for ambiance. Can’t beat the location ,slope is literally your backyard. If you have to go to the lodge for anything it is a very short walk right through their employee parking lot right to the lodge. Didn’t have to drive anywhere once we were settled in. Overall amazing time had by all. Will definitely be back again next year.

Slopesider Great Choice

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Slopesider! Great location, parking, accessibility, view. Would definitely rent again; however, furniture, carpeting, blinds, flooring, beds, lighting, etc. are outdated. Had all the necessities of home! Great kitchen and corresponding utensils; nice TV and stereo; even included snow shovel, broom, fire wood (although we did not use, it was available), etc. Some minor negatives were: carpeting had cigarette burns, blinds worked, however were missing some verticals therefore slope lights shined into unit; some outlets were not working, some heating vents were missing knobs and garbage dumpsters not easily accessible - had to drive garbage bags to nearest City dumpster which was located near fire station at bottom of Sugar Mountain. Some positives were: very good washer & dryer (excellent location downstairs) and kitchen appliances. Heaters kept unit very warm. Nice updated bathrooms, but were a little small. Nice quantity of towels. Overall really enjoyed the unit and the rental staff were exceptional! Thank You!

Great View with a Relaxing Atmosphere

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the weather was too warm to make snow and the snow was starting to melt on the slopes, we were able to ski and enjoy our stay! You can’t beat the view! We were able to sit and watch as the skiers came down the slope. The cabin had a well stocked kitchen. We cooked a couple of nights and didn’t miss anything! This cabin has plenty of room. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again.

Family Ski Vacation

This was a great location! Right on the slopes. It was so lovely to sit and watch the kids ski by the windows while still in my jammies. I would definitely stay here again.

Great despite the weather

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall pretty easy, but we arrived late and it was drizzling. There are a lot of unlit wooden stairs to get to this property, and was a bit dangerous, particularly unpacking. BUT, once you get in, this place is a gem. Floor to ceiling windows with a fantastic view of the slope. Getting on the slope from this unit is also easy, despite lack of snow. Updated, with kitchen pans better than what I have at home. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Clean, comfortable, convenient, enjoyable slope-side house for family of 4

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Slopeside House 518A off of Briarcliff Rd. Parking was a little tight due to all the snow but the front desk was very clear about what to expect. The unit was clean, kitchen was VERY well equipped, and the property manager responded quickly to 2 small incidents and took care of them without issue.

Slopesider 518 A & B

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 518A & B were very nice and we were pleased with the accommodations inside. There are 2 things that need improvement:1. The steps/path going down to the house were completely covered in snow. My 68 year old father ended up shoveling one side so we could attempt to get up and down. He fell one time during the trip. It took 2 people to get my mother in and out. Regular maintenance is needed for safety. I feel once while carrying my child & my husband fell 3 times.2. I tried to call and book a return for next year on my departure around 10:30. I was told they had 50 check ins and she didn’t have time to help me. She said I would have to use the website. I booked through them the first year. I found it difficult to find 518 A & B and I had to checkout twice. I feel if someone spent over $2,000 on Trip and was trying to book again they should have made time.Thank you
