Quand il est temps de vous détendre et de savourer un peu d’énergie, offrez-vous un séjour dans ce condo extraordinaire du Sandy Beach Resort. Notre condo est confortable, avec un canapé en cuir et un mobilier classique différent de la plupart des condos de style hôtelier.

Un condo de vacances de luxe niché au cœur de Myrtle Beach, ce condo de 1 chambre à coucher joliment moderne et décoré est spacieux (750 pieds carrés) et peut accueillir confortablement 2-4 personnes avec 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain. C'est l'une des plus grandes unités d'une chambre du complexe, avec son plus grand balcon en front de mer parmi toutes les unités d'une chambre. Notre condo possède probablement les meubles de style maison de la plus haute qualité parmi tous les logements du complexe et de beaux planchers dans la chambre à coucher ainsi que des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable. La chambre dispose d'un lit King Size. Un grand lit escamotable peut être rabattu dans le salon. Vous aurez accès à une cuisine complète avec un comptoir en granit élégant et des électroménagers en acier inoxydable, une cuisinière plate, une mijoteuse, etc. Vous pourrez ainsi préparer un festin pour toute la famille ou un dîner intime à deux.

Buvez sur le front de mer depuis votre balcon privé. Profitez de la brise marine et du son des vagues. Faites-vous plaisir dans le bain à remous relaxant. Choisissez une chaise longue pour une journée de détente au soleil. Parmi les autres bonus, vous trouverez les piscines en bord de mer, le centre de remise en forme, l’Internet sans fil, des télévisions dans chaque chambre, un lecteur DVD avec la collection de DVD du propriétaire et une armoire pour laveuse / sécheuse.

Great condo for a weekend at the beach! Check-in was super easy, unit is close to the elevator (but set back enough that you don’t hear them) and beach access is just steps from the building. I would not hesitate to book with Linda again.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. There were a few hiccups upon arrival regarding miscommunication about parking passes and no linens or blankets provided for the Murphy bed. But, Linda was VERY responsive and took care of our needs quickly and efficiently. A few things I would suggest that would have made our month long stay a bit more comfortable would be:*Kitchen supplies were kind of scarce. Every day items like mixing bowls and sharp carving knives were not provided. *The netting that covered the entire balcony was a bit of a distraction from the beautiful view. I realize it was put up to keep the birds away but I would have preferred not having to look through small holes in mesh to take in the beauty of the beach and ocean.The great things about the condo were:*Beds were comfortable *The Condo's proximity to the elevators and the room to take garbage to was great*The tub was large & luxurious *The view from the balcony was great and could have been amazing had the mesh not been there to block the view

Property was in great shape and in good location. Oceanfront and right beside family kingdom amusement park. We were there for a softball tournament at Grand Park and this location was less than 10 minutes away

waterfront condo

5 day vacation in Myrtle Beach. Location was good as the attractions we were interested in were close by. Unit wasn’t bad - not as clean as we expected and the furniture is tired and not very comfortable as we had bad weather and spent significant time indoors. A regular table with good chairs would be a good addition.

I stayed for 12 hrs as a layover from FL to PA during the winter months. This place is not a place I would stay again. Upon arrival no parking passes, renter told us not to worry about it because it's winter. I didn't want to chance it so the guy at front desk felt sorry for us and gave us one. Finally able to relax after the 11 hrs drive, nope tv broken, renter sends message on how to trouble shoot, umm no, it's 9 at night. Place seriously needs updates. Faucet in kitchen not working well, light above washer/dryer taped on, stove taped markings on it. Charged 100 cleaning fee and all I did was sleep there. Went to the grocery store and guy told us not safe area to walk after dark. Broardwalk is Not a 3 minute walk, maybe 6-10 but not after dark apparently. Whole building seems pretty run down and ghetto. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere.

Beautiful view and location

The condo was clean, comfortable for the two of us, and had a fabulous view. However, I do agree with one of the other reviews the condo could use a deep clean, new shower curtain, and paint job to freshen up the place. The host responded quickly to any questions. Check in was very easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived a few hours early and could not get in the condo so the front desk had a room for us to put our luggage in and we were able to enjoy the pool. There are two outside pools so getting chairs was not a problem and you could also rent chairs and an umbrella from the lifeguard if you prefer the beach. We loved how close the elevator was from the pool and beach. We did not have a car, therefore, we walked the beach every day to the boardwalk to grab dinner at one of the many restaurants. We could have easily gotten an Uber but we enjoyed the walk. This was our first time to the area and we would definitely stay here again! Loved the view and the location!

Getting to the condo and getting in was very easy. The layout was as pictured except bedroom was kind of tight. We found the condo to be a little disappointing due to not being clean and lacking in kitchen utensils . We felt like we were at camp. Some dishes were dirty/ condo was dusty / 2 pillows had no pillow cases on them. I guess over all the condo did not have the feel as described . Bed was comfy bathtub curtain has mold on it. Check out was easy

Great location, but.......

We really enjoyed the condo location and the easy way we could get out and about to all the festivities MB has to offer. Love the balcony furniture...especially the chaise lounger which is perfect for sunning, watching the sunrise/sunset, beach walkers, etc. The only reason we gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the clutter and lack of space. The bedroom furniture is wayyyyyy too big for that space and a real safety hazard if you're on the wrong side of the bed trying to navigate such a small space to walk between the bed and dresser. Every drawer in the bedroom was filled with extra linens, blankets, pillows, etc. Just no room for our clothes without stacking the "extras" somewhere and having to move them all the time. One other suggestion...ask your property management people to check the Murphy bed when they visit. We opened it just to see how it fit in the living room and found really dirty linens and chips in it.

Beautiful view and Great location!!!

Our family loved the condo! it's everything describe in the listing plus more and the host Linda is excellent and responds fast to any questions. We had a wonderful vacation. We even had family staying 2 hotels down that came to the condo and was jealous of how beautiful and nice it was compared to their room. We loved the balcony so much that my husband wanted to sleep out on it. 🤣 I do have 3 complaints. First one has nothing to do with the condo itself and it's the parking for the resort its across the street (they have a small section for loading and unloading at the resort itself but it was constantly crowded) so if you're needing easy and accessible parking this is not the resort for you. Second the condo could use a good deep cleaning (mainly needs the stove pulled out and cleaned around). Third the living room needs to be rearranged so that furniture doesn't have to be moved to use the pull down bed. BUT none of these would stop me from still booking this room again in fact we will be booking this condo for future Myrtle Beach Trips!!!

The property was perfect. It was close to everything however you still felt like you had some space away from the craziness. Room was very clean with everything you would need! The view from the balcony was heavenly. We will definitely be back!

AMAZING!!!

I have to say the pictures do not do the picture justice. Amazing patio view. Neighbors super quit! And staff awesome. Every we enacted with so friendly first time at Myrtle Beach can’t say enough on how amazing it was. Too many option and not enough time !! Definitely planning another trip in the future!
