UNITÉ RÉDUITE DE 2 LITS / 2 BAINS À PARTIR DE KAM3 BEACH-OCEAN VIEW

Maui Parkshore est situé au cœur de South Kihei, à quelques pas de certaines des plus belles plages de Maui. Son emplacement idéal vous permet également de rejoindre à pied de nombreux restaurants, cafés, boutiques de souvenirs touristiques et un magasin d’aliments naturels! Le complexe propose une belle piscine de 40 x 20, des aires de barbecue et un terrain de jeu de palets.
L’ensemble a été entièrement rénové du haut en bas: plafond et murs en plâtre, lanai carrelé, nouveau revêtement de sol dans l’ensemble du logement, douches de plain-pied carrelées, armoires de cuisine en bambou, comptoir de cuisine en granit, nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et nouvel îlot / plage ameublement de style. Les deux chambres ont des unités de climatisation portables, des ventilateurs de plafond, de nouveaux matelas king et queen. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat avec câble, Internet / WiFi, radio, ventilateur de plafond, mais pas de climatisation. Le condo est situé au deuxième étage avec vue sur la piscine avec vue sur l'océan.

Clean modern apartment directly across from the beach. Short walk to restaurants, clubs and shops. Well equipped kitchen with everything we could think of. Loved the huge sliders and L shaped balcony that brought the outdoors in.

This was a great condo! We really enjoyed how close to the beach and good restaurants it is. We also enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen (not food but all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed to cook our own food) and the beach chairs that were available for us to use. The beds were comfortable, the interior of the unit was nice, and the condo complex was quiet and well maintained. If it is available, I will definitely stay here again.

We've been coming to kihei for a while now and stayed all up and down the main drag. This is by far the most spacious 2b/2ba condo we've stayed at. Our host was very communicative when we needed and kind. Would recommend this place if you're looking to relax!

We are a pretty “clean-living” family and aim to stay as toxin-free as possible, so booking vacation homes can sometimes feel like a gamble. This condo was exactly what we were hoping for. No strong chemical smells, very clean, and thoughtfully maintained. We did end up grabbing a few of our own supplies (like laundry detergent), but overall it felt like a safe and comfortable space for our family.The home itself is incredibly well set up—plenty of bedding and towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and everything felt intentional and easy to use. The beds were comfortable, and the entire space just made it easy to relax.What really stood out, though, was the ownership. We arrived right at the tail end of one of the worst storms Maui has seen in decades, and despite everything happening on the island, they were so attentive and caring. They checked in, made sure we had what we needed, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.And the location… I can’t say enough. As first-time visitors to Maui, we couldn’t have picked a better spot. You can walk to just about anything you need. The beach right across from the condo is stunning—beautiful lava rock pools, sea turtles in the water—it honestly felt like something out of a dream.Between the incredible views, the wide-open glass wall, easy pool access, sand wash stations, grill, and overall comfort of the space, this place exceeded our expectations.We would absolutely stay here agai…book it. You won’t regret

We’ve stayed in Maui many times and we must say that this was our favorite!!! First, this property has a spirit of the 70’s, not just because it was built then, but because you can sense by every single person you meet here that there a spirit of joy and lightness of heart and yes pride. From the start of communication with the owner Katrina to the communication with the property manager, who is so very kind and smart and loves this property and those who visit, and also to the amazing caretakers and groundskeepers. We have never ever had the sense of such joy, love, and respect. In addition, we were blown away by the condo itself. It was so well appointed and clean too. It had everything we needed and more. We especially loved that no matter where we were we could see the ocean magically as there are mirrors so thoughtfully installed. Also, we said many times while we were there that we had never ever been so at peace as to not be anxious to get out and about or go to the beach as we could see it and loved watching people walk about and go their way. This location is also in our opinion the best in Kihei. Kam 3 has the best coral and the best snorkeling as well and is so close to shopping and food. All in all we were so very happy with this beautiful condo and how clean and updated it was….oh and the bed and pillows and air conditioning in the bedroom was just wonderful!! Thank you so much Katrina for everything. You are absolutely amazing and your condo is perfect!

The condo was perfect for us for a quick stay in Maui. The location is perfect with the beach across the street and lots of walking distance restaurants! Catching a sunset across the street was beautiful! Check-in and check-out was super easy.

Amazing location!

A treasure for location and ease of access - swimming and fantastic sunset views are directly across the street. The pool is a wonderful perk and the property owner is very prompt in responding to any questions. All very enjoyable. We found the furniture to be variably comfortable.

Wonderful condo!

Wonderful property in a great location! The condo had a all we needed, including beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Little shops and restaurants around were great places to visit. Communication with property manager was quick and easy. Thank you for a beautiful and comfortable stay!

Fantastic condo - will stay again!

Everything was exactly how it was listed. The check in process was simple, everything was clean and in great shape. The location could not be beat for walking to the beach or restaurants, and the parking spot was really helpful for day trips. Amazing first trip to Maui, will definitely go back and stay there again!

We were in Maui for a family wedding and this cozy condo was perfectly located on the beach with a pool. The age range of our family is 7.5 to 78 so it was perfect and accessible for everyone. The pool, BBQ area and having ocean views from the patio really made our time around the apartment relaxing! We would definitely come back!

Great Stay in Maui!

We really enjoyed our stay at Katarina’s condo in Kihei. Fantastic location with an ocean view and a short walk to Kam III and the little shops. The unit was as described - very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. We particularly appreciated all the beach gear! The complex itself was also well taken care of and the pool was another great option. Katarina was responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been blessed to call Maui home for more than 30 years, and both of our daughters were born and raised here. Since 2017, we have enjoyed hosting vacation rental guests and sharing everything we love about South Kihei and the Maui lifestyle.

As a family, we enjoy spending time outdoors and staying active through swimming, surfing, tennis, pickleball, golf, and enjoying Maui’s beautiful beaches and ocean.
