We take guest feedback very seriously and strive to provide a best in class experience 100% of the time. We would like to advise that even though the oven experienced delays due to an outside vendor, it has now been repaired. We also regret that the temporary solutions provided by our team weren’t sufficient for your needs. As for the air conditioning, we’d like to point out that our team arrived within 30 minutes of your call about the issue and provided a temporary AC unit for the bunk room while a part was ordered. It's also important to note that any potential issues with the wood decking and speaker wire were not mentioned to us during your stay, which prevented us from addressing them at the time but we appreciate you bringing them to our attention at your departure. We have a dedicated maintenance team available 24/7 to handle any concerns that may arise, and had we been informed, we would have taken immediate action to resolve these issues to ensure your comfort and full satisfaction. Our pools are cleaned twice a week as we understand the importance of a pristine balanced pool during your vacation. Sometimes with overuse it requires the cleaners to add additional chemicals to keep the PH balanced. Regardless, we apologize again for any inconvenience and hope that we’ll have another opportunity to provide you with our normal five star experience.
