De notre condo au 7Ăšme Ă©tage, nous avons une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an, les montagnes de West Maui et Haleakala. Nous avons une incroyable terrasse privĂ©e de 1600 pieds carrĂ©s avec bain Ă  remous et barbecue. DĂ©tendez-vous et profitez du petit-dĂ©jeuner en admirant le lever du soleil calme du matin et une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an avant de partir pour la journĂ©e. À votre retour, dĂ©tendez-vous dans notre confortable salon extĂ©rieur, profitez du coucher de soleil et d'un verre de vin, faites cuire du poisson au barbecue et profitez de la vue imprenable sur notre belle Ăźle. AprĂšs les couchers de soleil, profitez d'une soirĂ©e Ă  l'extĂ©rieur prĂšs de la table de feu ou asseyez-vous dans notre bain Ă  remous privĂ© sous les Ă©toiles et vous comprendrez pourquoi Maui abrite le plus grand tĂ©lescope solaire du monde.
Notre condo au dernier Ă©tage est calme et la vue peut ĂȘtre apprĂ©ciĂ©e depuis chaque chambre. La suite principale offre un lit king size ainsi qu'une salle de bain privĂ©e. Notre suite d'hĂŽtes offre un lit Queen avec une literie luxueuse et une vue magnifique sur la majestueuse Haleakala. Si nĂ©cessaire, notre canapĂ© peut ĂȘtre converti en lit queen pour les personnes supplĂ©mentaires. Notre cuisine offre tous les Ă©lĂ©ments essentiels de la maison permettant mĂȘme aux gourmets les plus exigeants de concocter un repas fabuleux. Si vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner, de nombreux excellents restaurants sont Ă  quelques pas. Une laveuse et sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur sont dans le condo pour votre commoditĂ© ainsi. Wow! That’s how we all described this unit when we arrived. It exceeded all of our expectations. Every amenity was provided and no detail was forgotten. The views, the quality of the decor and artwork, the comfy bed, can’t say enough. The location is excellent, across the street from the beach with so many restaurants and shopping options within walking distance, we rarely used the car. We had such a great Thanksgiving holiday, it may become a new tradition!

Everything you could ask for

There were so many amenities available it was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the view and sat outside as much as possible. My 83 year old mom loved it as she is not as active anymore, but could still enjoy listening to the waves and watching my sister and her husband snorkel from the lanais

Pictures don't do it justice

We (two couples) loved our stay at this property. It was so easy to relax and unwind here. It is a beautifully decorated and well equipped. It was easy to prepare meals here than enjoy them outside on the patio. And after a busy fun day to enjoy the hot tub.

Family trip

The property was better than I anticipated. It was very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. We loved both the indoor and outdoor spaces. Sitting in the hot tub or drinking coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise and sunset was amazing. The location was perfect for dining out, going to the beaches and shopping. We loved staying at this property so much. We would definitely stay there again.

Hidden Gem

Amazing place to stay! So clean and wonderfully decorated. We loved the rooftop deck with hot tub! My kids loved sitting in it at night. Also so many places to sit and stare at the beautiful Hawaiian shoreline. It is in walking distance to the beach and many food options. We hope to revisit again someday. Highly recommend!

Breathtaking views!!!

From the moment you open the door the views are amazing. The pictures don’t fully translate how beautiful and spacious this condo is. Private rooftop with hot tub was our favorite spot watching the sunset. Tastefully done interior with quality furnishings. We will definitely return in the future. Maui Trip

Loved our first trip to Maui. Staying in this beautiful condo with a view of the ocean made the trip more memorable. The outdoor space at this condo is wonderful. Only thing people need to be aware of is this is off the beaten path so you will need long Uber rides to events and things you plan to do.

Spectacular penthouse - highly recommended!

What an amazing stay! Deanne the owner was fantastic and responsive to all our questions. The space was amazing from top to bottom. Our family enjoyed every moment in this luxurious penthouse and felt welcomed the instant we arrived. Both the indoor and outdoor space were simply amazing. The views were breathtaking and the location was perfect - steps to the beach with loads of food options all around. We'll likely be booking back again!

Relaxing Getaway

Property was wonderful and exactly as pictured and described. We thoroughly enjoyed the clean and well maintained home and the additional amenities like the spa and table top fire on the lanai. Views were amazing, especially at sunset. The close location across the street from the beach, shopping, and restaurants were very convenient. Owner Deanne kept us well informed which allowed us to enjoy a relaxing getaway vacation. Thank you, Deanne, for a memorable trip and allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

I have traveled and stay at beautifully locations all over the world. Do not miss out on the opportunity to stay at this location. The communications prior to booking was excellent. You can not get a better view and the location was perfect. I often read prior reviews and everyone that you read is accurate and then some. Looking to book again.

Million Dollar Views!

Excellent Property, definitely would recommend! Only issue was the master suite bathroom door not closing properly and wish we had access to a vacuum and a mop. Half way through our 9 day trip I really would have liked to have cleaned the floors properly. Thank you for a lovely first trip to Maui!!

Beautiful Views

What a great place to stay! The condo is beautiful, and the views are amazing. You can see the ocean from the living room and the deck. The beach is right across the street. It is even better than the pictures. We appreciated having four beach chairs and a cooler. We grilled outside for several nights. Lots of fun places to eat are within easy walking distance. The kitchen could use a few extra things for cooking (it's pretty basic), and we would have appreciated coffee for the first night and shampoo in the bathrooms—but the ocean views are so amazing we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We’ll Be Back!

Words can not describe this property! If this property is available, book it! I promise you won’t be disappointed! Such a great location to call “home” for a few days and relax. The penthouse is within walking distance to the beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, and more! Deanne really thought of everything! The property offers amenities you won’t find else where. The sunsets are a real treat and you have your own privacy - you feel like you are in your own oasis on top of Kihei! This was our first visit to Maui and won’t be our last! Thank you Deanne for such a wonderful experience - we’ll back back!

Stettler vacation

We have stayed at the penthouse before when it was owned by someone else and loved it then, we are so pleased with the new renovations and service by the new owner Deanne, she not only supplied the beautiful penthouse but treated us like family. she was always very courteous and informative when periodical maintenance was needed or if someone needed to access the condo. Deanne also has a rock star for a cleaning company who also over see's general needs that you may encounter. Multiple times over the month I had questions or needs like propane or laundry detergent for our stay and Deanne's crew were on it immediately, if I ever buy a place in Maui, it would be Deanne's crew I called. If you are looking for a vacation condo with spectacular views, spacious areas and an all-round perfect location in Maui, this is it. or host other family members close by in the same complex that includes many other condos for rent. Deanne is a landlord who cares about her tenants and delivers what she promises. I would recommend the penthouse to anyone and we plan on staying there again, we love it so much we actually extended our stay and was there from April 18th to March 11th for a total of 24 days! it was GREAT! Omg, this condo was amazing! Beautifully decorated, amazing views, wonderful outdoor patio and there was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The beach is less than a block away. It was perfect; I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

A Little Taste of Paradise

We've stayed at multiple VRBO homes, and this is the best one so far. Amazing location right across from the beach made daily swimming trips with the kids a delight. The condo was fully stocked with kitchen and beach items for use, which made life simple. The condo is beautifully decorated, with a great balance of island and modern touches, that felt like relaxed luxury. The lanai is stunning, simply stunning. Enjoy your sunrise coffee with the birds, and your evening glass of wine with the tabletop gas fireplace. With the lights turned off, you are able to see part of the Milky Way Galaxy at night. We didn't want to leave, and can't wait to try to return soon. Mahalo!

Beautiful Spot in Kihei

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described-clean, updated, well stocked and comfortable. They left clear instructions to make check in, check out and everything in between so simple. We really enjoyed having a private deck with access to our own jucuzzi and bbq. The welcome gift was such a nice way to start our vacation. Veronika was available for any questions that we had. Overall a wonderful experience and we hope to stay at this beautiful condo again.

We traveled to Maui in 2012 for our daughters Senior Trip. We stayed at Kamaole Beach Royale and stayed in The Penthouse. We loved the location and found a Condo on the 4th floor that was for sale, which we purchased, renovated and have been renting out for the past 6 years. When we found out that The Penthouse was for sale we jumped at the chance to own such a truly unique and beautiful property. We live in the Seattle area full time but visit Maui as often as our schedule allows.

The location of The Penthouse and it's proximity to Kamaole Beach can't be beat! We walk miles on the beach every day we are on-island and enjoy being able to walk to everything we need for daily living - health food store, massages, nail salons, coffee, ice cream, and numerous dining options!

The Hala Kahiki Penthouse is a beautiful condo with vaulted ceiings, large living spaces, a private rooftop deck with it's very own BBQ and hot tub! The views from this 7th floor condo are some of the best in Maui!
