Profitez de la nature dans la cour arrière clôturée avec piscine privée, qui peut être chauffée moyennant des frais supplémentaires, bar et barbecue au charbon de bois, en vous prélassant sur l’un des trois porches ou en marchant pendant 10 minutes qui vous mènera au plage. 



Votre temps à l'intérieur sera tout aussi agréable lorsque vous profiterez des commodités disponibles. La cuisine gastronomique comprend un tabouret pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, ainsi qu'un espace petit-déjeuner séparé. La salle à manger est spacieuse et bien adaptée au dîner formel. Le grand salon ensoleillé fournira juste la bonne ambiance pour les réunions du soir. 



La suite principale, située au 2ème étage, dispose d’un lit king-size et d’une salle de bain privée avec baignoire jacuzzi. Chambres 2,3 et 4 ont tous des lits queen et la 5ème chambre a 2 lits doubles. 



En outre, la maison dispose de 7 télévisions, dont 2 avec un écran plat 32 "et d'un accès Internet sans fil. Il y a 6 DVD et 2 magnétoscopes.



Crabline Court se trouve dans le quartier Mid-Island de Hilton Head, entre le Palmetto Dunes Resort et la plantation de Port Royal. Cette zone est située à proximité de plages désertes, de restaurants, de boutiques et de centres de divertissement familiaux pour l’océan Atlantique. Le parc Chaplin, avec tennis gratuit, un grand terrain de jeu et un parc pour chiens, est situé à 5 minutes à pied.



La piscine peut être chauffée de septembre à avril. La navette de la plage Crabline est disponible Memorial Day-Labor Day.

Pictures online are not accurate.Lots of stairs in this property. Patio area, grill, outdoor sink, countertop, pool, backyard, carpets were not cleaned. This property needs some work and repairs done. List was sent to management company. Thank you.

There was no Keurig which was incredibly disappointing. We had to go buy coffee. This is the 21st century, right? There were other minor issues. Probably would never stay again.

Awesome Property with Amenities in abundance

My family and me had a wonderful stay here. It was a great to be able to mingle with the neighbors and the whole area is dog friendly. Stars across the board!

Great location

Well equipped house - great for 6 kids and 6 adults. Very clean inside. Carpets a little stained and back yard could use a clean up but proximity to playground, crabbing and the beach was a Bonus

Great location, clean, lots of space

Really happy with this house and our stay! The house was clean, lots of space, lots of bed rooms and beds, generally updated bathrooms, walk to beach or ride the golf cart shuttle, beach was absolutely beautiful. Close to restaurants and coffee, good amount of parking/garage. Easy check in and garage access. The one thing I wish they would pay attention to was the pool and yard area. The pool was fine but didn’t seem to be “on” so the pool was a little dirty just needed the filter on and maybe bottom swept but we still used it. The yard just needs a little TLC so people would want to spend more time down there. Overall was really happy and had a great stay! Would stay again!

Great location for Pet Owners

Being near Burke's Beach is great for anyone bringing a Pet to HHI. This location was also central to the best golf in palmetto dunes and Sea Pines. Plenty of resturants within a 5 minute drive. 2 grocery stores within 5 mins. Very convenient and a 10 minute walk to the dog friendly beach.

Fun in Hilton Head

The property was everything we could ask for. The house was very clean except for the pool. The air conditioner was not working when we first got there and management got right on it and sent someone to fix right away. The kitchen was well stocked. Probably the best I have seen. I would recommend this property for any family or group. We had a great vacation. The beach was very nice.

The house was spacious and accommodated our needs well. The house had some issues, but Louise at Sunset Rentals was very professional and dealt with any problems in an very timely manner and to our satisfaction. The house has quite a few steps and may not be suitable for older travelers.

Overall good

We’ve stayed in houses on this street before and loved it. This time was overall no different, with the exception that we expected to have a pool and were never able to get in it because it was so dirty. We contacted the manager to notify them that the pump wasn’t working, which they quickly fixed, but the pool wasn’t cleaned and the filtering didn’t do the job. Property management company is super quick and responsive, so we’re pleased with them, but I would definitely pick a different house in the future.

Horrible Property Managers - Property not fully functional and filthy

Sunset rentals are the worst property managers I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Bonnie and Christine, in particular, were rude, condescending and simply ignorant in our conversations. The property is clearly advertised highlighting the private pool. Its the only reason my wife and I rented that unit. I checked in on Saturday and the pool was broken and unusable until mid-day on Tuesday. Half of our vacation we were unable to use the pool. When I complained to Bonnie and Christine, all I got back was rudeness and being told it was no big deal and they would not do anything. When I pressed them for some type of compensation, they wanted to give me $25 per day for 3 days. Unacceptable. I wanted approximately what I paid for atleast 1 night's stay ( including fees and taxes) ...approx. $400. Moreover, the unit was filthy when we got there, items were broken, TV's were not working, the bedding was a mess, towels were stained and there was a used bar soap left in one of the showers when we first got there. Simple proof that no one went through the place and cleaned it thoroughly. I can only imagine what else they did not clean. Between all of that, I was being very generous asking for only $400 be refunded to me, but they chose not to agree to that. Additionally, Bonnie tried to threaten me with fake accusations of things we did in the unit, or exaggerated things that are totally normal when people stay in a unit. I will NEVER do business with sunset rentals ever again.

Hi Joe, I understand how important it is to provide guests with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our team works hard to ensure that the property is well-maintained and up to standard before each guest's arrival. However, it seems that we fell short in this instance. The pool company did not communicate with us about needing a part for the pool nor did they inform us that you could not use the pool. The part was replaced Monday morning and again, we nor you were told that you could not use the pool. We would have been happy to address the other issues had they been brought to our attention before this review. Our Guest Services Manager offered compensation higher than what you had mentioned but it was not to your satisfaction. It is documented with photos by the property manager, housekeeping as well as the guest that arrived after you; the condition that you had left the property. The housekeeper did what she could to get the home ready for new guests but could not address it all in the small window she was given. We will be happy to provide you with all documentation of the damages left behind following your departure. Please reach out if we can be of further assistance. As always, safe travels.

Hilton Head fun

We enjoyed this property with our children and grandchildren. The location was great and we were very close to the beach. The house was clean but a little dated. We were very disappointed with the condition of the pool and backyard area. The pool was stained and sandy and didn’t filter well. The backyard has been neglected and could use much needed attention.

Super comfortable vacation home

My family of 8 plus puppy stayed for the week and really enjoyed the home so much. We didn’t lack anything. The pool area just needs a bit of finishing but was just fine for our purposes. Thank you for having us - we would be happy to return !

Good Beach Access

The house was clean but the back yard pool area needed cleaning. The back yard needs grass and tree branches removed. The pool remains cold even in July due to the shade. The kitchen is great and well stocked. Fun bike ride or take the free golf cart shuttle to the beach.

HHI

We had never booked a rental house in HHI and this was pretty easy. The location was as listed and was pet friendly. The "backyard" could use a cleanup, but the the house was nicely decorated and clean.
