The cleanliness of the kitchen floors and the stains in the bedroom closet are not up to our standards, and we regret that this impacted your experience. We also acknowledge the need for updates and repairs, including the carpet, furniture, bathroom tiles, laundry room door, and kitchen cabinets. The condition of the pool and the lack of heating, as well as the state of the grass and outdoor furniture, are also concerning. We understand that these issues are particularly disappointing given the cost of your stay. The problems with the TVs not connecting to WiFi are unacceptable, and we will address this to ensure better functionality for future guests. We have shared your feedback with our local team to ensure these matters are addressed promptly.
