Studio moderne., 4 couchages, à quelques pas de la plage!

Un studio moderne au-dessus d'un garage, situé à seulement 1,5 pâté de maisons des belles plages de South Walton. Montez les escaliers vers un patio privé et une entrée dans une cuisine avec réfrigérateur complet, cuisinière et station de café. Grand salon avec mur séparant la chambre à coucher avec lit king size. Deux téléviseurs à écran plat avec wifi, HBO et Netflix sont dans chaque zone. Canapé dans le salon également un dormeur queen. Salle de bain complète séparée avec grande douche et vanité complète l'espace. Parking disponible pour 2 voitures si garé les uns derrière les autres. Une douche extérieure chauffée est également fournie pour rincer le sable au retour des plages.

We love this place !

We have stayed here multiple times and every time I am excited to return ! Location is perfect walking distance to the most beautiful beach ! The space is clean, modern, and comfortable ! Preston always makes sure we had all we needed during our stay and answered all my questions about local recommendations ! We will be back !

Perfect location

The apartment was in a perfect location. Very walkable to the beach and to the small downtown. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. Loved the traditional games in a unique style that were available. Would definitely go back.

Awesome Bike Trail

It was a very short trip for us but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only thing I would suggest is getting a new set up silverware. There were only 2 tablespoons and no teaspoons at all. Very nice place. I would recommend it for a couple, it’s a great place.! We rode our bikes on the Timpoochee Trail which was phenomenal! We walked on the beach which was just at the end of the street. We ate at Stinky’s Fish Camp…….soooooooo good! It too, is at the bottom of the street. Fun area!

Great Stay Minus Cleanliness

The property is really nice and so close to the beach! We loved how easy everything was and the amenities. However, I do really feel it could have been cleaner. It seemed there was some sand on the sheet, but also the sheets felt like they need to be replaced as they were picked. The bathroom mat in front of the shower had a stain on it that honestly looked like it could have been vomit. 😬 Only other thing I would say wasn’t a 5 star was the mattress. The bed is low and not the greatest mattress, you also have to be careful when you stand up so you don’t hit your head.

Hello Caroline and thank you for your feedback.. We always take any feedback seriously, and constantly strive for property improvements, so actions have been taken to make sure nobody feels the way you do about our properties.. I can assure you that there was no sand on the sheets, as we swap all linens, including sheets, comforters and even the pillows after every check out.. We have inspected the sheets, and they are due for a replacement, so you may have been feeling that.. As far as the vomit you suspected on the bath mats, we researched this as well, and found that it was wood glue that a contractor spilled and let dry on the mat.. We have replaced those as well as the sheets.. Again, we thank you for the feedback, as this is the best way for us to continue to make improvements, and be aware of needed changes..

Comfortable and Clean

Property is clean, comfortable, modern, and located a couple blocks away from beautiful quiet beach. One of our favorite breakfast spots, First Watch, was only minutes away, as was Walmart which came in handy for picking up beach items and knickknacks during our trip. There were hiccups with checking in, but Preston made amends and was very accommodating and pleasant to interact with.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time! The space was beautiful and clean. Just perfect for a couple! It rained our first day there and we were happy to just lounge about until the rain passed! We definitely would stay here again!

just what we were looking for

Overall, my son and I had a good time and enjoyed staying at the property. It was just as it looked on line and was just what we needed...nothing more and nothing less. Clean, updated, and a block off the beach.
