Beachy Bungalow is a short walk to the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and Eastern Lake--a rare lake that flows into the Gulf. Eastern Lake is often referred to as nature's perfect swimming pool. Shopping and dining along 30A are close by. Self check-in for easy guest access
The whole house/cottage is available and private for guests. Free parking in front, and bikes are free to use. Beach chairs are also available. If you need anything else, just ask.

Stayed for a long weekend for fall break. Loved it! The Bungalow was very cute and had all of the commodities you might need when traveling. Access to bikes as well as chairs and an umbrella for the beach was very much appreciated. 10/10 stay. Would recommend!

Excellent Hospitality/Communication

The Bungalow was very nice. The refrigerator had a variety of drinks available. There were multiple snacks. Sandy & Larry had excellent communication skills with us throughout the entire trip. Always checking to be sure we had everything we needed. There were 2 adults, a 11 year old child and 2 dogs in our family and there was room for all of us.Going to Santa Rosa Beach, FL was on our bucket list and we are fortunate thst we were able to stay in this Bungalow with such great Hostesses!!We are recommending this Bungalow to anyone that only needs a small, comfortable, cozy place to stay.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our weekend stay. We liked being able to walk to the beach as well as a few nearby restaurants. We recommend the 5 min walk to Steamboat Grill as we ate dinner there 2 nights in a row. We travel with our Chorkie and were really glad the owners allow their bungalow to be pet friendly. They also go above on supplying all the extras for a comfortable stay.

Compact bungalow

Myself and my teenager family liked the stay. The girls had the upstairs, the boys had it downstairs. It is compact and fits four just fine. Not sure if it could fit four adults. The beach is very close, you can bike there. We used the chairs and the umbralla provided by the host. There was coffee, snacks, oranges upon arrival. I could also charge my electric car with an extension cord.

Loved this place!

This place exceeded my expectations! It was cute and cozy and I felt right at home. The owners are sweet and helpful. If we come back to the area we will be staying here again!

Wonderful bungalow

Amazing communication from the host prior to and during our stay. Every need is met in this bungalow from toiletries to towels to bikes and chairs. The kitchenette has a complete coffee station with everything one would need. The host provides shower washes, shampoo and conditioner, and a few hair care products were available. The bed is beyond comfy and there are plenty of blankets and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay!

Awesome place/Great stay

The property manager demonstrated exceptional communication right from the moment of inquiry, setting a high standard even before booking the property. This exemplary service continued, as I was promptly provided with all the essential directions and information necessary for a seamless stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an extremely clean space, complete with dishes and all the customary household items one could need. The patio near the back was a delightful retreat, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee in tranquility. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the property is more charming than the pictures convey. The location is nothing short of ideal; with beach access merely a few minutes away on foot, and a superb seafood restaurant just around the corner. Moreover, the charming town of Seaside is within a brief 6-minute drive, adding to the property's allure. The pricing is also remarkably reasonable, further enhancing the value of this property. Overall, this experience deserves a glowing 5-star review, and I would highly recommend a stay here. Definitely looking forward to returning.
