The apartment was very clean and spacious, with a fully functional modern kitchen. The bathroom is large with a great shower, and a good size balcony, with a sea view, and 2 sunbeds.Alberto was a good host and was always available to answer any questions you may have.Overall, excellant and would highly recommend.

The apartment was really lovely and had everything! It was very well equipped, from food storage containers to an ironing board and plenty of other useful little things that made the stay very comfortable.Everything was extremely clean, and having two air-conditioning units was a huge plus, especially during the summer. Free parking was available right in front of the apartment and was very easy to access.We also had access to the swimming pool, which was a really nice addition. Even the bar by the pool was great, and we were pleasantly surprised that they had oat milk for coffee.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. We would happily come back!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. The only slight negative is that some of the furniture is a bit tired and needs replacing. We would not hesitate to return for more stays.

We stayed 12 nights. We found the apartment to have everything that we needed. Lovely complex. Very quiet location. Bus service outside the door. Lots of parking if you have a car. We would have no hesitation staying here again.

Perfect Holiday Retreat

Lovely sea views. Regular buses in and out of town. An ideal property for two people or small family. The owner Alberto was very helpful and quickly came to our aid when we lost the Key. I would definitely book this property again.

Nerja is nice.

Nerja is a nice place without high-rise buildings. The area of San Juan Capistrano is a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment host was service-oriented and stood up when needed.

On arrival, Alberto met as soon as we called him, property exactly as described, spotlessly clean, great location - very close to supermarket, swimming pool & local restaurants (Pool Bar well worth a visit). Would highly recommend this property for couples, we would have no hesitation in booking this property again for a holiday in the beautiful Nerja.😊

Fantastic Stay- 5 Star! Totally Recommended!

Alberto is a wonderful, attentive, and very responsive host. The whole stay was well organized and coordinated with Alberto starting from before our check-in and throughout the check-out process. The apartment is clean and well equippped. The pool area is located across the street from the apartment. There is a terrace overlooking the sea and with plenty of space with 2 tanning beds and 1 table with 4 chairs. On sunny days, the terrace is equipped with a sun cover that guests can adjust as needed to provide a nice cool shade. There is also a supermarket and a few restaurants across the street that provided additional comfort and convenience to guests. Overall, Alberto has exceeded our expectations from a host and his apartment is totally recommended.

Excellent, well equipped apartment with sun on terrace virtually all day.

Alberto was most helpful during the booking process and in allowing us to access the apartment at 1 o clock. Ideally located within approx 100 metres of bus stop, shop, pool complex and its bars and restaurants. 30 minutes walk downhill to beach area of Nerja. We loved the terrace with its extremely comfy loungers and chairs. Nice view down to Nerja and the sea. Sun from 9.30am till 7pm. Apartment is extremely well equipped, although we did need to buy dishwasher tabs, loo disinfectant etc. Beds comfy too. Plenty of towels and change of bed linen. We had to pay extra for electricity but that worked out at less than 2 euros per day. All in all we would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again. Goid value for money

L’hôte Alberto est accueillant et agréable et donne de bonnes informations touristiques. Le logement est très propre, fonctionnel et vous y trouvez tout ce dont vous avez besoin, très bien situé avec une belle vue sur les montagnes environnantes et la literie est de bonne qualité. Bref, tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de très bonnes vacances.

Très bel appartement avec terrasse vue mer et très appréciable le soir! Appartement très propre avec tout l’équipement nécessaire ! La climatisation est un vrai plus en été ! Très bien situé proche centre ville et mer! Alberto et son épouse sont disponibles, très arrangeants et vous font un bel accueil ! À réserver sans hésiter !

Parfait

Cadre idyllique, appartement très fonctionnel, bien équipé et très propre. La clim dans la chambre et la salle est un plus indéniable et nous a permis des passer de très bonnes nuits. La ville de Nerja est très jolie et très active et les criques aux alentours sont très belles mais elles se méritent car il y a beaucoup de dénivelé. La baignade sur Nerja est très sympa aussi et les plages sont beaucoup plus accessibles mais pas beaucoup de stationnement. La région de Nerja permet de découvrir plein de choses ( Les grottes de Nerja, Frigiliana, Malaga, chemins de randonnée, Caminito del Rey à faire absolument, Grenade....). Bref nous y retournerons !!!

Excellent appartement

Propriétaire Hyper sympa, disponible et efficace ! Un grand MERCI Alberto ! Situation parfaite, à proximité de la piscine (à pied) et à 10 minutes de la mer (en voiture). Tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement et facilité pour le stationnement du véhicule.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines excellentes dans cette location qui correspond exactement aux photos. La seule chose qui manque est un barbecue. Nous recommandons cette location et peut être revenir une autre fois.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en este apartamento. Es amplio, luminoso y tienes todo lo necesario, no le falta un detalle. La limpieza y el estado del mobiliario perfecto. La terraza es amplia y se disfruta mucho ya que la urbanización en la que se encuentra no puede ser mejor: bonita, segura, bien cuidada y super tranquila. Hemos dormido sin molestias de ruidos y en camas cómodas. Además, cuenta con una piscina magnífica y una parada de bus urbano a 20 metros, por lo que no necesitas coger el coche para ir al centro del pueblo y a la playa. Alberto, nuestro anfitrión, fue muy atento y amable. Está disponible en todo momento. Es la tercera vez que vamos a Nerja pero sin duda, este ha sido el mejor alojamiento del que hemos disfrutado. Si quieres visitar Nerja y alrededores, no lo dudes, no vas a encontrar nada mejor. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo un instante.
