Découvrez la vie du lac… une vue imprenable sur 100 pieds de rive du lac.
Notre maison à deux étages est un endroit merveilleux pour votre famille pour créer des souvenirs durables. Une grande maison familiale pour des retrouvailles avec les grands-parents, les enfants et les petits-enfants, votre groupe d'amis ou tout simplement votre famille. Complet avec deux cuisines au niveau supérieur et au niveau du lac. En été, profitez de toutes les activités du lac, feux de joie, sentiers pédestres, observation des oiseaux, navigation de plaisance et pêche. En hiver, observez le motoneigiste, le pêcheur sur glace et la vie sauvage.
Notre maison entièrement rénovée dispose de 4 chambres, 1 est une suite parentale avec son et ses lavabos, douche à l'italienne et baignoire jacuzzi. La cuisine gastronomique a des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour créer un délicieux repas, y compris des plats, des ustensiles et tous les ustensiles de cuisine. La cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon sont tous un grand espace. Les tables à manger peuvent accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes.

Great Family VacationThis was our second time staying at this property and we again loved it! Vicki is a great host with great communication. The house has everything you need for a fun family vacation. There’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and also to be together. Family liked relaxing on the decks enjoying the lake activity while the kids enjoyed the big backyard and all the garage toys. We recommend the property.

We loved our stay at Eagle’s Nest property. The multi-level house fits our family’s needs perfectly. The grandkids love the sand pile and using the lily pad float directly beside the dock. Also the flat back yard was great for some wiffle ball. Property is well kept and Vicki is available to respond to any questions or needs we have. We are planning to return again next year. Definitely recommend highly!

This property really is a home away from home. From the thoughtful amenities and stocked kitchens (2!) to the soft sheets and ample towels, we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The house is well-appointed but also comfortable so you can relax without worrying about the furniture. Three of the four bedrooms have views of the lake, as do the cooking and gathering areas of the home. Access to the lake is just steps from the house. We took in the sunrise from the dock one morning and the kids played in the water while we supervised from the lower deck. We saw cranes, ducks, geese, eagles, blue jays and other birds. The neighborhood was quiet and there is ample access to running/biking paths nearby. The host was in regular communication with us before, during, and after our stay and answered our questions promptly. Great stay!

Family vacation 2025

This was our 6th year at Eagle’s Nest for 2 weeks. We love coming back here with our family. Our grandkids love the lily pad and running on it and jumping off. While we were there we celebrated our grandkids birthdays and our anniversary.

When became Empty Nester's we decided to move to a more serene setting. Spring Lake in Prior Lake was just a perfect location. Close to our sons and their families and everything a big city has to offer yet on the outskirts. My husband and I spent many hours remodeling until it was perfect. After his passing I have decided to share this beautiful setting with others. I grew up on an Iowa farm and believe in sharing what I have been blessed with. It gives me great joy to meet my guests, hear their stories of family /friend gatherings and reunions. Just enjoy a special time together away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, with a beautiful relaxing view of the water. I look forward to hosting you and hearing your story.

The best thing about this property is location, location, location.
You can have a lake vacation yet only be a short 30 min. from downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul and all a big city has to offer. When you enter the home you have sweeping views of the lake. It is set up great for entertaining... two outdoor patios, a large back yard for games and complete with a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. For the sports minded I have 4 TV's so you don't miss the big play. There is a small boat garage filled with backyard games, paddle boards, Lilly pad, fire pit, fishing gear, sand pile for the little ones and much more.
My personal pontoon is available for an additional daily rate for those with boating experience.
I will only be a short distance away and available for any questions or needs you may have.
