Beautiful, serene location!

The amenities and layout of this rental was so accommodating. Easy in and out, and having the pool across the way was so convenient. It was quiet and peaceful other than being on the 7th green, it was quite busy if you were trying to relax on the patio. We had a wonderful week!

A little bit of Heaven!

This condo is fabulous in every way! Beautiful views, windows that allow lots of light, furnished attractively, beds are snuggly and comfortable, equipped with all the items you need but don’t take, and lovely patio on golf course where you can relax and enjoy your wine and cheese.Kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped!We cannot wait to return!!

Great property, well equipped with all the necessities.

First off the interaction with the property manager Kelli, was excellent. She responded quickly and resolved any question I had. The home and outside back patio are beautiful and comfortable. The community itself is extremely well maintained and all the people we met we very friendly and welcoming. The location is near grocery stores and great hiking trails. We had a wonderful time.

We spent a great week at the newly renovated condo. Very comfortable and well appointed unit right down to comfortable beds. The condo was very clean and bright. Great location near several golf courses that we enjoyed, along with great restaurants just a quick drive down the road to El Paseo. Pool just steps away from the unit with other pools available just a bit further. Property manager was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We would recommend the property and will plan to visit again.

Nice unit

Unit was nice and clean. Location on the tee of one of the golf course holes a slight negative vs other locations along the fairway. Some more amenities like soaps and shampoos would have been nice. Would consider booking again for a return trip.

Disappointing.

The most disappointing is that the sliding door in the master didn’t work. The shades in the family r room didn’t work. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. The umbrella and awning was busted outside. The place wasn’t very clean at all. The view was spectacular and the neighborhood was beautiful. Overall we will not be going back.

The amenities were outstanding....just like we were home. The was in outstanding condition, just like ours. Did not disappoint!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Monterey CC. And best of all was the place was exactly like the pictures in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils. The bed was the best mattress I have slept on in any vrbo. Our only disappointment is that it’s not available to rent for months.

Wonderful

Property manager was so responsive. Property is beautiful. My only minor complaint is that there is no privacy on the patio so you are always exposed to the neighbors and its hot in the afternoon but cannot use the awnings. Other than that it is perfect and would definitely go back.

Gorgeous Views in this comfortable cozy villa

This condo was a awesome. Well equipped with everything you would need for a super comfortable stay. The kitchen was especially nice from new appliances to a well stocked pantry and kitchen gadgets. We really appreciated having cable tv to catch up on the news of the day. The patio views across the golf course to the mountains were awesome. You are across from the pool, hot tub and the Tee box. Very convenient location. Everyone was super friendly especially the neighbors. Will defiantly be back to stay again.

Fantastic Condo

I've rented several properties over the years and especially Condo's located in Monterey Country Club and this Condo was exceptional. This might be the first time renting that I didn't have to call anyone due to an issue with the property. The location is excellent and the level of comfort and amenities was the absolute best. It's well stock with everything that you might need. The only issue that I have is that their calendar is full until the end of March. I definitely will be returning on my next visit.
