Easy Breezy est une maison de plage au bord du lac classique et originale des années 60 qui a été entièrement rénovée tout en conservant son charme d'origine. C'est une maison sensationnelle située juste sur le lac Eastern avec des vues impressionnantes. Une baignade rapide à travers le lac ou une marche rapide dans la rue et vous êtes sur les belles plages de sable blanc de South Walton.

La grande terrasse est un endroit idéal pour commencer votre journée avec une tasse de café ou un barbecue en soirée sur le grill, et vous aurez l'un des meilleurs sièges de la région pour admirer des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle.

En entrant dans Easy Breezy, vous trouverez le concept ouvert invitant. Vous appr��cierez la vue sur le lac de l'Est dans tous les domaines de la maison, du salon aux chambres. Dans le salon, vous trouverez un canapé-lit gigogne. Au fur et à mesure que vous vous dirigez vers le couloir, vous trouverez les deux chambres king avec double porte ouvrant sur la grande salle Florida. Dans la chambre Florida, vous trouverez deux lits jumeaux avec des lits gigognes.

Niché sur le lac de l'Est, c'est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de tout ce que la 30A pittoresque a à offrir. Le lac de l'Est est disponible pour la navigation de plaisance de toutes sortes sauf les jet-skis et la maison est à proximité d'une rampe de mise à l'eau publique. Les paddles sont les bienvenus et la pêche est super!

Peaceful Eastern Lake

Such a beautiful, peaceful spot on Eastern Lake! We really enjoyed our stay - so much to do in the 30A area and only a short walk to the beach. We could hear the waves at the beach, yet enjoy the shade and privacy of this lovely spot on one of Florida’s rare coastal dune lakes.

Nice lakefront house with great view, easy beach access

Had a very comfortable stay here. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is directly on Eastern Lake. Beach access is a quick stroll down the street, and it is a nice walking neighborhood. We were very pleased, and will rent this house again in the future. Grab some seafood at Buddy’s market

Relaxing getaway

This location is a gem. The deck was our favorite hangout for morning coffee and evening cocktails. There was a lovely breeze coming off the lake. We used the bikes a lot. Beach was fantastic and not overcrowded. Comfy beds. Nice outdoor shower too.

May 2021 Stay

This house was the best of both a lake vacation and a beach vacation. We absolutely loved it! We had our 2 poodles in tow, they really enjoyed the easy access to the lake. The views the back windows offer is so relaxing. The house was very comfortable for our 10 day stay. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Perfect

The house was wonderful (even better than pictured). It was very comfortable for my family and our two dogs. The location/view was gorgeous and there were numerous restaurants and other businesses within a short walk or bike ride. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and we spent many relaxing evenings on the back deck. We look forward to staying here again!

Dune Lake AND Gulf Stream of Mexico

Perfect for a large group, all ages, or small group like ours. Also brought our dog. Beautiful views from all rooms of Eastern Lake and could see the ocean from many, especially the deck. Good fishing for any age, even off the bridge. Will be back!

Great view!

Loved the view. Sunsets are beautiful ! Peaceful neighborhood and short walk to beach. Wish they had kayak or paddle board at the house but I guess you can always rent one.

We loved the many windows facing the gulf and with the trees perfectly spaced, you didn't get the glaring sun heating up the house. Definitely going back.
