This is a great property! Close to everything and very cozy. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of room for a big family or two small families. The kitchen is well stocked. We had everything we needed! Our only concern was that the property management company was not very helpful/responsive. Our welcome email came a day after arrival. There was no warning that the designated beach access was closed for construction, so we had to walk another 200 yds down 30a to public beach access. And when we alerted the host that a few minor things were in need of repair, the property manager never reached out to us.

This home is clean, lovely and welcoming. We all felt the beds were very comfortable. We relaxed as we had hoped. The number of steps down to the beach were a surprise but I put that responsibility on myself for not being more familiar with the area. Every step was worth it, though, to be able to sit on a beautiful beach (the umbrellas and chairs are a plus), relax by the water, and see those beautiful sunsets.

We had a lovely stay at Slightly Salty! The house is beautiful and just as pictured! It had everything we needed to cook for the week. The proximity to the pool and the beach access were great! The kids enjoyed using the sand toys to play in the sand. The pool offered lots of lounging options both in the sun and shade. We really enjoyed the back porch and relaxing out there in between the beach and pool. We would have loved to have an information book with all the check in and checkout information in one place. It would have also been great to have suggestions for local restaurants and activities to do in the area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back in the future! Thank you!

Great Spot for Small Family

We had a great time here. The walk to the beach is short and the A/C worked great! I recommend renting a golf cart to drive around this area as it makes it so much more pleasurable.

Hi Jonathan thank you so much for your review. I’m glad you had a wonderful stay at our home. The proximity to the beach is also one of our favorite things about our home. Summertime on 30A is pretty crowded and makes parking a challenge. That’s a great recommendation regarding the golf cart. Tanis

Elizabeth thank you for taking the time to review our home. I’m glad you enjoyed the location. We always do our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests. We did have a guest checking in the same day as your departure, and our cleaning team needs sufficient time to ensure the home is cleaned properly ahead of their arrival.

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : The Anderson Family

Image de profil de l’hôte
My husband and I currently reside in Saint Johns, FL with our two children. We moved here to enjoy endless summers after moving around quite a bit while my husband was a member of the United States Army.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We selected our home in the Rosemary Beach area because the beaches are some of the most beautiful either of us have ever seen. The area is ideal for families and romantic getaways. There are numerous restaurants and boutiques within a 5 mile radius. If you are looking for entertainment for the whole family, Panama City Beach has something to offer for everyone.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our favorite part of the home is the coastal cottage feel and the proximity to the beach. We cross the street and have incredible views of the ocean and white sand under our feet.
