Great Stay

It was perfect for my family as we were in town to visit extended family. I liked how the extra bedrooms had more than one bed as we had 6 total people. It was conveniently located and had easy access to everything we needed. We will definitely stay again.

Cute little home away from home

We needed a place to stay close to family in the Dallas area. The cute little home was perfect for our little crew. It was clean and roomy. The owner was prompt to respond when we needed anything (which wasn’t much since we didn’t have any issues). :)

Golf Trip

It was jusy what we needed. We didn't spend too much time in the house, but we were all comfortable while we were there. Each bedroom had a nightstand with a small basket that included some chocalates, snack baggies of cookies, and a small bottle of water which I thought was a really nice touch!

When we arrived the house had not been cleaned. Dirty beds and towels in the washer. After I contacted the host it was cleaned. Missing covers on outlets and the property has not been taken care of. We have rented this place twice and will not again. Plus no discount even offered for not a clean vrbo.

Family event

The property was beautiful on the inside. The yard itself and the neighborhood seemed a little run down. The location was perfect for what we needed. The sinks in both bathrooms did not drain easily

Good not great

Clean. Host is easy to work with. Good price. Bedroom doors don’t close without a fight and creak loud every time they open. No dishwasher. Eight people would be a TIGHT fit.

Vacation in Texas

The location of the property was perfect. It was not too far from the city but it was quiet and peaceful. I don’t think we heard any noise after about 7:30-8pm. We did not realize that it’s a dry city meaning no alcohol which was fine. The only con I have is that my husband is 6’5 at 280 pounds of muscle. The beds were perfect for the kids but not so much of him due to height. They had a few snacks easily available for our stay. Overall I would say our stay at this location was a 9.7/10. Thank you to the host for allowing our family to stay!

Rough start

Took half an hour to gain access to the home as the app didn’t take me to the access code. Outside of that the stay was good for our needs. Recommend bringing extra bath towels. No garbage disposal or dishwasher. Must have missed that in the description.

Bucket List Stay

My father and I played the Tour 18 golf course in Flower Mound. This was a bucket list item for my father. My father is 75 years old and snores. When we travel together and stay in a hotel he worries that I do not sleep well because he snores. I chose to use VRBO so that my father would have his own room and I would have my own room and he could have piece of mind. The home was clean and very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The biggest issue was that there was no basic cable for the TV, only Netflix. While we were in Dallas the Women's World Cup, CONCACAF Gold Cup, Copa America Soccer tournaments were being played as well as 2 Democratic Presidential Debates. Not to mention Local and National News and Weather reports since we were playing golf all weekend. It was very frustrating not being able to come back to the house, shower after playing golf in 90+ degree heat, relax on the couch and watch any of the above mentioned items. It became the only thing we discussed, the fact that there was no basic cable. My father and I had a great time with each other but the fact that there was no basic cable in the house left a bad taste in our mouth and is the only thing we described to our friends and family when asked. All of the other tangibles about the house (i.e. location, cleanliness, security...) were above average. That being said I would have a hard time recommending this home until this is rectified. I understand there is a cost associated with basic cable but one that I would be willing to pay to make sure my time was enjoyable. Lastly I was not certain about our check out time. I misunderstood that we could check out at any time on Sunday but that was not the case. Checkout was at 11 am. The home owner was very kind to let me and my father stay until 2 pm. Great for families!

Lots of comfortable beds for all to sleep on! The house had everything we needed for our stay. Upon arrival the a/c was not working, but Alex quickly reached out to a technician for a repair (at 6pm on a Wednesday). The a/c was repaired within 2 hours and the rest of the stay was smooth sailing. I appreciated the hand pumps with soap at all the sinks as well as the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the showers. Plenty of clean towels and wash cloths for all. We were in town for a swim meet at a facility nearby, and we will definitely stay here again should a swim meet bring us back!

Great House

We enjoyed our overall stay it felt very homey and was close to our family members and shopping. It was exactly as described online. The only reason we did not rate a 5 star is that we did not receive our check in information timely, the grass could have been cut and the noise in the guest bathroom was concerning. Other than this everything was fine and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and place.

Place is clean, perfect for families and friends. Kitchen has all the utilities to cook. A/C is just right. Parking is good. And it's close to all store and HWY. My family and kids wants to stay more days in the house is beautiful. I totally recommend. I will stay again. Thank you.

Misinformation and Horrible Communication

The reason I rented the space was because it had a garage that we could use and when I got there the garage was unusable. I called the property owner and he was unprofessional about the situation and so my UHaul trailer sat outside with the risk of being stolen. Not to happy with my first time.

Girls weekend

In town for soccer games in Lewisville. The property was clean and as describe. The temperature was set off site for AC/heat. Beds were comfortable. Need more wash clothes. All in all it was a positive experience.

Cozy house for short getaways

Experience was a 10/10. Very welcoming home with open spaces perfect for spending time with friends. One of the rooms did have an odd smell but once we turned the fan on it kind of went away.

Cozy and Comfy Stay

Very nice remodeled home. We had a family reunion, this home was just 10 minutes from our daughter's home. Worked perfectly. Basically used the home for sleeping. Great pricing for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The Great room and kitchen combo was perfect for hanging out. No cable tv (it would have been nice to get the news each day) ,there was Netflix, Hulu, Disney+. Washer and Dryer was a plus. This is a GREAT price. The pictures on VRBO are true to the house, the backyard is all dirt, but has large shade trees, and a small patio. We had a couple of questions and Alex responded immediately to them. It served our needs, we will definitely use the home again. Thank you.

My stay in Lewisville

Very nice house but the cleaning could have been alot better. When I walked into the house the smell was terrible. The refrigerator was nasty. The black furniture was extremely dusty. The bed in the master bedroom was a thin mattress pad so uncomfortable and very low to the ground. Bathroom sink had a very slow drain. The sheets on the master bed They smelled so I had to wash them. Will not be staying here again ever!!!

Clean house and very convenient!

We had a grat experience. We were actually there very little as we just needed extra bedrooms to sleep in during a family reunion. The kitchen seemed well organized and clean, but we only made coffee in it. Beds were comfy. This property is only 5 minutes from my in-laws so we will probably utilize this extra space again for other family gatherings!

Really nice place!

Interior of house is nice. Beds are comfortable. House is very clean. Netflix, Disney+ and other tv options. Good WiFi. 5 beds total. Check in and check out process is renter friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
