Nicely Located with Spectacular Views

We really enjoyed this place. It was ideally located, close to the town and the beach. The single drawback was the elevator--there was some electrical issue with it and we typically walked the 8 flights of stairs. We also had to wait quite a while for the elevators to go up and they typically stopped at other floors for no reason. Otherwise, I would totally recommend it.

The condo was great. Clean couldn’t ask for better. Only short coming coffee maker didn’t work. Elevator stopped on different floors. Staff were super friendly. Place is a 9 on a scale of 1 to 10. Would have been a 10 out of 10 in not for the elevator. One other thing the pool was fabulous!!

Spacious and fit the needs of our family. Lovely swimming pool. Needs upgrades to the room and bathroom as 2 of the doors dis not shut and bottom wood paneling mossing in some areas. But overall great stay.

Beautiful sunsets, very comfortable, awesome pool.

Beautiful place for our stay in Jaco. Air conditioning works perfectly. The pool is lovely, with some good shade morning and afternoon. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Some minor inconveniences - elevator up to 8th floor opens on floors 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8
 every trip up. Dryer very handy but in need or repair, making a very loud scratching sound.

Room with a view!

The condo was very clean and nicely kept. There were a few things that could improve, most notably the front door looks like it was broken into and patched together. Needs to be fixed. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. Overall a great stay!!

Amazing Vacation

I had an amazing vacation at my vrbo home in Jaco Beach Costa Rica
Our condo was fully equipped with everything we needed and breathtaking views
We were in a great location, near shops and amazing restaurants

Beautiful Location!!

Exactly as advertised! I noticed some earlier comments mentioned nearby construction—it was still going while we were there but you couldn't hear it from inside the apartment. We LOVED the balcony and enjoyed sitting on it every night. 10/10 would revisit and recommend!!

Spacious with great view

Everything was great, the only concern is that we got stuck in the elevator and the staff had to come fix the elevator and he said that it "happens all the time." Personally, it didn't bother me at all, but it should be known.

SAFETY CONCERN!

I want to start by saying that this is a great location to stay because of the view, however my friends and I did not feel safe. That is not a reflection of the location, but this room in particular. When we found the room we could not believe it was ours because the door does not shut all the way. There is a huge crack on the top and side, even still because the location is great we just decided we would place a heavy item on the door for extra protection. THE DEALBREAKER was that the carbon monoxide detector was purposely unplugged and when we plugged it up it was low battery. We contacted the host AND VRBO customer service. VRBO customer service said they would contact someone to contact us and that NEVER happened. The host told us to just unplug the carbon monoxide detector. My friends and I did not feel safe so we booked elsewhere. We DID NOT STAY IN THIS VRBO because of our safety concerns and the room was not as listed. The host would not work with us to even provide a partial refund when we shared our concerns, instead he left us on read. Would not recommend.

Very pleasant and comfortable

I truly enjoyed my stay, this unit was very a curate with the photo shown. There are VERY minor things i would put as cons but that would be me reaching. Its not enough to make a fuss about it. The communication with the owners was easy and quick to address any issues i may had. If you have other guest that are planning to visit you just mention it and they will make accommodations to access to the unit your staying. Please be very mindful and respectful while staying here, its a very pleasant tower.

Nice condo bad location

This is a beautiful condo. However, there is a huge construction site outside that works all hours that causes a lot of noise through the day and night. If it wasn’t for the noise we would have enjoyed but unfortunately had to relocate.

Beautiful Condo with a Perfect View

The interior design of this condo is beautiful, the view is stunning and the grounds of the community are well kept and guarded. The employees were so kind and welcoming as well. I'd only recommend a few cosmetic upgrades like more secure doors and locks to make all visitors feel safe and secure. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay in a great location with easy access to everything we were interested in seeing and doing.

CR Trip

Overall we had a good stay at Jaco Bay. The property was clean, well kept and had great views. There were a couple small issues like a remote that didn’t work and a shortage of toilet paper that we had to work thru. The only gripe we had is the bedroom and bathroom doors didn’t close completely, which was a bit of a pain. Great trip overall!!

Excellent experience.

3 couples, 3 toddlers, 2 weeks, 1 condo. Condo was very spacious and well equipped. Large bedrooms and showers. Beautiful views and sunsets. Pool is fantastic. Management was very responsive. Close enough walk to the strip and beach. Jaco is amazing. Will definitely be booking here again in the future. You won’t regret choosing this listing.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was very nice and well appointed with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. The view from the balcony was amazing we saw 🩜 so many different birds. Truely enjoyed the pool as well gorgeous spot would definitely recommend

Spacious and clean

This home was very clean and offered good comforts. The shower was large and enjoyable. Two bedrooms offered king beds and the third was a queen. Good views of the ocean. Washer and dryer. And good television options. The pool was large and comfortable also. If you visit Jaco this is a great option.
