Cette unitĂ© est nouvellement mis Ă  jour avec tous les conforts de la maison. SituĂ© Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© est d'un complexe de 24 unitĂ©s qui est directement en bord de mer avec une vue magnifique. Aqua Villa est un complexe ancien et calme qui s’est avĂ©rĂ© ĂȘtre un favori des familles. Beaucoup de nos invitĂ©s viennent Ă  Aqua Villa depuis de nombreuses annĂ©es. Vous pourrez profiter de la grande piscine en bord de mer et des grillades au bord de la piscine. Cette unitĂ© est une unitĂ© de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Le porche cĂŽtĂ© balcon privĂ© a une table et 4 chaises. Profitez du service de plage composĂ© d'un parasol et de deux chaises installĂ©s chaque jour devant le complexe. Nous gardons Ă©galement 2 chaises supplĂ©mentaires dans l'unitĂ© pour votre plaisir Ă  la plage

We had a wonderful time and the place was wonderful! It was peaceful and beautiful with beach access right in front. Maintenance and property contacts were readily available. We had a wonderful time! Will definitley be back.

The only problem we had was with the refrigerator over cooling. The rental agency was very fast in responding and worked to fix the problem. I highly recommend Sugar Sands. They are a first rate organization.

This is our second time staying at Aqua Villa, our first in this unit. It had everything we needed and the location could not have been better. Literal steps from the beach. Love that the beach service was included and already set up for us! We love this smaller building, as the beach area right in front of the condo is much less crowded than the high rises. Our week was perfection! The only note I would add for future guests is that the designated smoking patio is directly below this balcony. So if you are a non smoker that might be something to consider. Otherwise this is a fantastic unit. We will be back!

My teenage son rated this place as one of his top three. We loved the short walk to the beach, double balconies, clean room, everything we needed was provided plus more. There was a woman on site who was constantly cleaning and picking up and making the place nice.

Beach stay

Our condo was as advertised in the listing, the views were amazing and all was very clean. Unfortunately the elevator was completely broken and we were only notified a few weeks before our visit even though it had apparently been down for months. Not supposed to be fixed until Jan 2025 so take that into thoughts if booking before then. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Sugar Sands Vacation Rental

Thank you for sharing a great property to spend our week long visit to Fort Walton Beach. The condo was exactly as described, very clean and beautiful views of the ocean. We loved the easy access to the beach also. The property’s elevator was unfortunately broken for the week, but it was communicated prior to our arrival, and it didn’t have much effect on our stay other than unloading our things. We would recommend this condo for future stays.

Condo is not as advertised. The couch in living room does not make into bed. Also found live and dead bugs in the kitchen while we were there. The bunk bed is nice and big enough for grown kids to sleep. Nice and clean pool, loved the side balcony with the condo.
