The unit was above what I imagined. It has the most amazing view. Location is the best. Quite & the staff there is top notch. It was my first time there & I'm hooked. Highly recommend. Just beautiful

We had a wonderful time here. The beach was as close as promised. We had front row beach chairs and an umbrella each day. The pool was nice. The view was exceptional. the condo was comfy and well supplied. Having beach towels and extra chairs was even better. Parking was always available. The workers were pleasant and helpful.Our only regret was that we booked through VRBO costing us extra instead of booking directly with the condo.

For not being ocean front it did have a very nice view. The complex was quiet and morning coffee on our balcony was very nice (sunrise side!) Plumbing issue initially in the master bath, but was taken care of quickly by management. The pool was nothing to write home about, but the beach was beautiful. The elevators were very slow (don't be in a hurry, or you will be disappointed) and outdated. The unit was comfortable and nice bathrooms. Kitchen was standard, but we ate out most meals. Did a ton of walking because nothing was very close, and we opted for no car this week. Nice and comfortable.

Beach weekend

Check in was extremely easy and staff friendly. Couldn’t be closer to the beach. Chairs and umbrella included with rental which was excellent. Property was clean and very comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Relaxation

I really enjoyed it there but was disappointed where the pool was located.No sunshine on the pool.We had a condo beside us that was pounding at 7 am .Most have been remodeling ..That was frustrating . Overall a relaxed atmosphere on the ocean.

Beautiful condo

2710 was beautifully decorated… But I honestly don’t think the condo was cleaned before we got there… It needed to be swept/vacuumed(the vacuum didn’t work)The living room rug needs to be CLEANED… Both bathroom drains had so much hair that it wouldn’t drain… And I killed a few roaches… Definitely clean better and maybe get a vacuum that works… also add some rugs in the bathrooms.

The furniture, appliances, flooring and decor appear to be newer.Nice view of the gulf from the living room and bedroom. Access to the balcony from both rooms.Very clean and well stocked with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. The office staff is friendly and helpful. We observed the maintenance staff always working to keep the property in good shape. Will be back.

Great Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely fabulous stay at the Nautilus! Everything was just as described in the description. Some of the things we loved: we loved the that the pool area had lots of things for us to use (floats, noodles, boogie boards, etc); we loved the unit itself because everything was clean and modern and layed out very nicely (we loved that we had a view of both the ocean and the pool because of how the condo was built); the unit was also equipped with everything we needed (some of our favorites were the blender, 2 chairs we could take to the beach to use, a bag to carry to the pool/beach, and beach service which also provided 2 more chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach); we loved the location of the hotel because the area wasn't very busy; and we loved the communication by the office staff before, during, and after our stay. Overall it was a great stay and we hope to return!
