We loved this condo! The pics show the property well — lots of space and room for everyone. The view is lovely, the access to the room and down to the beach is easy, and it was quiet & family friendly. We would love to stay here again!

So nice!

Besides the beautiful view, this condo has everything. Host was super nice to work with. Within walking distance to a number of restaurants. You really can’t beat this location. No parking problems during spring break. Lots of towels. More kitchen essentials than I thought would be there. Can’t wait to get back.

Wonderful location!

My family and I stayed here for a week in July and we have never been to Gulf Shores before. When we initially walked in, there was a very strong smell of vinegar, I’m assuming from the cleaning company, that lasted for about two days. I am not one to tolerate the smell, so I bought a cheap little candle to help with the smell for my own comfort. The condo was exactly as described, I even compared the pictures to the house with the online pictures provided and there were no major differences between them. A new dishwater was installed during our stay so I know that has been upgraded. After a few days, I noticed a very odd, foul smell coming from the central part of the living room. The extra sink started gurgling when the bathroom located behind its toilet would flush. Never had any issues, I found some bleach to help neutralize the odor and it seemed to help. Nothing terrible happened, they probably just need a plumber to check things out. I noticed the living room was dusty, like it hadn’t been dusted in a while, but nothing was majorly wrong and everything was minor. I had excellent communication with the manager/owner, the overall cleanliness of the condo, facility and beach location were great. Initially, you only get one parking pass when you book your stay, and you’re allotted two vehicles per condo. I wasn’t too impressed that I had to purchase another parking pass for our second vehicle after I paid over $4k to stay for a wk.would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place!!!

We celebrated our daughter graduating high school with a trip to the beach. Communication was top notch. We had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was set up for us to cook, view of the beach was amazing. 10/10!!

This unit is tired

We selected this unit based on the high rating (above 9). The unit itself, while clean, was far from what we expected based on the pictures. The pictures must be years old. The furniture was very uncomfortable. To top it off, while the description says there's a parking pass "by default" we were told it was not included in the price and that we would have to spend another $50 to have one.

Perfect Beach Stay

This trip was with my grown daughters and my four grandchildren. It had plenty of room with the bunk beds and full size bed for the kids and then two other rooms. It was right on the beach, and very convenient with young children. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to make memories with my family.

6th Time at San Carlos

Great place to stay! We have been vacationing in Gulf Shores and staying at the San Carlos for many years. We stayed this time for the entire month of November 2022. The condo was clean and well-stocked with all the necessities. Great communication with the owner, Jenny! We definitely will be rebooting this one in 2023!

Family Girls Trip ❀

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The space was great for our family. The beds needed some work, Master bed frame was broken. Walls and corners of house were dusty and dirty. Bar sink smelled of rottenness. Nothing that couldn’t be remedied for another stay! Location and overall unit was great. We loved it!
