Situé à moins de 25 minutes de Boston, cette charmante maison de trois chambres équipée de tout pour les besoins de votre famille sera l'oasis parfaite loin de l'agitation de la ville.

Premier étage:
Entrez dans une salle familiale chaleureuse et accueillante avec téléviseur UHD Samsung et système audio Sonos. Un pas de plus mène à la cuisine du chef avec tous les appareils Viking et les ustensiles de cuisine All Clad. La cuisine fait partie d'un espace de vie à aire ouverte comprenant une salle à manger de huit places. Une sensation de luxe se fait sentir dans le salon orné d'une cheminée à volets et de volets roulants Hunter Douglass. Une salle de bain complète et une chambre permettent des couchages flexibles loin des chambres du deuxième étage.

Deuxième étage:
Deux chambres de taille généreuse partagent une salle de bain complète équipée de toutes nouvelles serviettes blanches luxuriantes. La chambre principale dispose d'un matelas queen-size Tempur-Pedic, d'une SMART TV avec accès à Amazon Prime, HULU et Netflix et de stores occultants personnalisés. La deuxième chambre est la mieux adaptée aux enfants. Il y a un ensemble de lits superposés jumeaux, un lit bébé et un lit bébé pour répondre aux besoins de vos petits. Un chevalet, des livres et des jouets vous permettent de laisser les "trucs" excédentaires à la maison. Construit dans le haut et le bas de l'escalier, il y a des portes de sécurité.

Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont situées au sous-sol.

Great house with many amenities beyond what we even needed. At the same time, there were items we didn’t realize we would need that we were thankful were there for our use! Loved the cozy charm of this house that met our entire family’s needs. Thanks for a relaxing stay that allowed us to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation with comfort!

Our stay at this home could not have been better. The house is renovated and charming, was pristine when we arrived and stocked with great towels, games, nespresso pods and assorted teas, firewood for the wood burning fireplace. It is 5 minutes away from Wholefoods and an easy drive into Boston. Our host was welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed having a wood burning fireplace to enjoy during the cold winter evenings/

Janel’s house was wonderful. We had an amazing 2 week stay here with our 2.5 year old and 4 month old. The house is fully stocked with anything you need including kids toys and outdoor toys. The neighborhood is really quaint as well and we enjoyed doing laps around the streets on walks/bikes. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone and we will definitely be staying here again on future visits to MA.

Cozy Cape Cof

The house was clean, nicely appointed, and felt both comfortable and homey. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated just minutes from Lexington and Concord, and only about 40 minutes to Boston. History buffs will love how easy it is to access historic sites and landmarks from this central spot.

Great area! Very safe and friendly. We felt very safe letting our teens walk to TJ Max. Gas station, TJ Max, CVS, McDonalds and Dunkin are all super close. It was a 30 min drive to Boston or Salem and up the street from Lexington. There’s a really nice mall and lots of restaurants about 10 minutes from the home as well. House is super cute and cozy. Property manager is easy to teach and friendly as well. The stairways had baby gates which we didn’t need but they would be great for those with young kids. They even had kids toys in the kids bedroom closet!

The house is lovely; very clean and well appointed. I visited with two adult children, and although Janel let us know that the upstairs room with three small beds was really only appropriate for kids, my daughter is short and the single bed was fine. The location was perfect for our needs, a 90th birthday party nearby, and some exploring in the Boston-Cambridge area with family. The clean up process was a little intimidating (what if I don't start the double dishwasher correctly?), but I think we managed it.

Perfect for us

If Bedford is the location you desire, then look no further than this property. Immaculate and wonderfully furnished. Kitchen had everything. Even toys for the kids. Used the Weber twice. Nearby to Whole Foods, Stop and Shop, and reasonably close to Burlington Mall. Would gladly stay there again.
