My family and I stayed at this home for 4 nights and it was perfect. The location is only about 20 minutes from Boston, so we were able to go in a bunch with ease. The home was incredibly clean and equipped with everything we could have needed. There were even toys and games for our 6 and 5 year old children. I can only hope that this home is available for our future stays!

Check in was smooth and simple with the instructions I received from the owners and any questions I had were immediately answered.I could not have been happier to be cooking and baking in such a perfect kitchen that provided everything I needed for our pumpkin vs banana bread competition.

College Graduation Stay

This house was wonderful to stay in. The beds were comfortable and the house was perfect for the four of us. The neighborhood was quiet, and the town was upscale. We were attending my daughter's college graduation and it gave us a place to stay close enough to Boston but outside of all the noise and congestion.

We lived staying at Kathy’s house.It is very well appointed with high quality, new amenities. Modern design, spacious and convenient. Good arrangement and split over 2 floors. Kathy was proactive and helpful.Highly recommended!

Perfect accommodations

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Massachusetts Retreat. It was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, and the space and layout easily accommodated four friends on a week-long vacation. There are so many cute towns within easy proximity to the location. Parking was easy and very convenient just a few steps from the back door. The upstairs living area is great for conversation and the downstairs living area was where we congregated every evening to watch Netflix. I highly recommend this house.

Great Place to stay

It's been a pleasant experience. Very clean and well maintained property. Someone reached out to ensure everything was in order when we arrived, and provided contact information for reporting any issues. Property manager was in contact to ask us to put salt on the sidewalk/driveway as we were expecting freezing conditions, and maintain property. Very pleasant experience overall.
