The house was immediately a home for this family. Everything was super clean - from kitchen to bathrooms to bedrooms. My parents appreciated not to have to climb stairs to their bedroom, ground floor suite was perfect. Plenty of essentials such as toilette paper, towels, dishes, soap/shampoos. The backyard was nice and quiet for an evening of relaxation. The dining room table was perfectly large for our family of 6 (would have accommodated 8, plus a breakfast bar for more). Shops and downtown / Broadway were an easy drive. Plenty of parking out back for two or in front on the street. We had a wonderful time!
The house was immaculate and spacious! Nicely equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were good sizes with plenty of hangers in closets, and comfortable, however, people staying in the 2 bedrooms without tv's were a little disappointed, but that made them come downstairs and socialize more :).It was easy to get to Broadway and there was always parking right in front of house every night.Communication with host was very prompt and friendly.Would definitely stay again if I return to Nashville.
Located in a good area with easy access to downtown. Easily accommodated our 3 couples. Comfortable beds. Nicely equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!
It was an awesome place to stay. The walls could use a bit of a cleaning. Just a suggestion a coffee pot would have been nice as we had 8 in our group.
The stay was great. We used lyft the entire time which was very convenient as this is a couple miles from broadway. There were no places to walk to to eat or have any beverages.
We enjoyed our stay overall. The only negatives were the bunk beds and the back yard. The squeakiness and wobbliness of the bunkbeds made them unsuitable for adults to sleep in. I can see young children working out fine except that they are very very high as well. The back yard was kind of a mess with the furniture and everything seeming very old and worn out. This was one of the things that interested us in the property but we ended up not using it because of the furniture and how overgrown a lot of the yard was.
Inside the house was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our meals and time as a group. We even were easily able to connect to the television for entertainment. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
Overall we would stay there again, we just wouldn't count on the four large bunk beds as solutions for the adult members of our group.
While we spent most of our time down on Broadway, the time at the house was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. Quick Uber trips took us to the fun. Weâd stay at this property again!
I stayed at the property for a week and had a great time. It's close proximity to downtown Nashville makes this the perfect place to stay if you want to be in a quiet relaxing neighborhood near the downtown excitement of Nashville. I was able to get Uber's for about $7 to get to the downtown area and it was around a 5-10 minute ride depending on traffic. The house is great with modern styling and all of the amenities of home. I really enjoyed my stay here.
House was nice, communication with Lynn was great. Super friendly and timely in responding. Neighborhood was about 15-20 minutes from downtown/Broadway.
We had a lot of fun at your house. Everyone had plenty of space a nice tv and lounge area and a fun backyard to grill and hangout. Neighbors were friendly and the ride in and out was smooth!
Nice location. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Around 10-15 minute Uber ride to most hot spots. Very Clean. Plenty of room for our group we had a great experience.
The space was perfect, bed & shower were amazing! Great lighting in the house! Bonus that the house had a washer & dryer!
Even being so close to downtown, with traffic plan about a 15-20 mins to get there!
Would stay here again!
This was a great stay and great experience for me and my family. House was very new, clean, and spacious. Owner was very easy to work with and had direct communication.
I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Nashville !
I went for a bachelor party and there were 7-8 of us there. We had a slight issue and the host and their manager Scott was super communicative and helpful. The house is great and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here and of course Nashville is awesome!
Everything was nice and easy with this house. Easy check-in & check-out, clean & tidy, quiet... It was everything we needed for a place to relax after a long day working a tradeshow.
Lynn provided an amazing property. We took full advantage of the yard and it was super close to downtown and the pedal tavern departure.
9/10 overall and would recommend to all!
It has a cool Industrial Farmhouse vibe, the kitchen is well stocked and plenty of room for 4 couples. It has a nice area in the backyard to hang out or if you want to listen to good music, it only takes about 5 minutes via Uber to get to Whiskey Row.
I've stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the years, but this was hands down the cleanest property ever!
We had an amazing stay!!! It was nice and roomy, close to everywhere we wanted to go and the beds were comfy. My favorite part of our stay was the prompt responses and the ability to accommodate our early arrival. The alarm system made us feel comfortable and safe. We will definitely stay here again.
Comfortable had the little extras . 6 women from all over the US. The bunk room had comfortable mattresses. Nice everyone had a double bed room for 3 of us to spread out and get ready. . Not a bed to sneak any nookie in, they squeaked when moving around. $17 Uber to Broadway and $35 way back. It felt very centrally located. We drove to the farmers market and centineal park. Would stay there agai .
Stayed here with friends and family and had a great time. Only a 12 minute ride to Broadway. Communication with the owners was on point and they were very accommodating.
I'm a real estate developer from Hampton Roads Virginia. Best known for having seven amazing kids and an extraordinary wife. We live in three cities. That's our elaborate plan for stalking our kids. They live in cities we like. We do development there and provide great places for others to come home too.
You can be in the middle of everything Nashville in 10 minutes. You can slip back home in minutes no matter how crowded the city is. When I saw this home it took less than five minutes to decide to buy it. I wanted to enjoy Nashville without the drama of getting in and out of town. I wanted a place where my friends could come to my place to enjoy indoor and outdoor celebrations. I figured I wouldn't be the only one who was looking for the best kind of Nashville experience.
You could walk out of Titan stadium at the end of a game or a great night on Broadway. You can easily walk in your front door ten minutes matter how crazy busy it is downtown. If you Uber , the trip would cost about $7.00
