Newly built home designed just for YOU! Close to the Gulch, Mid-town and Downtown Nashville (6-8 minutes). This 3 LEVEL ROOFTOP townhome is spacious and has plenty of room for large groups. The home features 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private rooftop with a hot tub making for the ultimate getaway to relax and/or mingle as you view the city lights of Downtown Nashville. Look no further as you are 2-3 miles away from all the best Nashville scenes and attractions!
Comes with a fully equipped kitchen, two sets of washers and dryers, and plenty of space making this your *luxurious* home away from home. The first floor has the first set of washer/dryer with a king bedroom with a full bathroom attached. The second floor makes for the ultimate entertainment space with a full kitchen and living/dining area that can comfortably entertain all your guests. The second floor also has a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a queen air mattress located in the bedroom closet. The third floor houses the second set of washer/dryer, two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and one with two queen beds. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom. Last but not least, the amazing rooftop has an outdoor seating area with your own personal hot tub with amazing views of the city.
2-3 miles from all of Nashville's hotspots. 6-8 minute quick Uber away, fairly inexpensive since the distance is so close.

Wonderful home with plenty of room for 10. Great location for Vanderbilt and Broadway. Very clean and cool decor! Only complaint is the rooftop hot tub, which was reason we chose this listing, was ice cold.

Great place, very clean. Only issue was no ice maker and some plumbing issues with downstairs bathroom- shower drains very slowly. Other than that just as described.

Great stay with my girls!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The condo is absolutely beautiful and just like the pictures. The condo is 4 floors, but the hot tub is on the 4th floor and the bedrooms are spread out on the other 3 floors. Very clean unit! The area is sometimes sketchy so be aware of your surroundings. Overall, an amazing stay.

Fabulous Accommodations!

We loved our stay here! The City Hideaway was very clean, the property manager’s communication was top notch, and the grocery service was so convenient. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest, but with the security system and guards on the weekend, we felt safe and it’s just a 5 minute Uber ride to downtown. I highly recommend this rental!

Great weekend

The host allowed us to check in a little early which helped a lot since our flight was so early and the space was very clean and beautiful and accommodated 10 ladies very well. Would stay again!

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very clean upon our arrival, beds were comfortable and several nice amenities included. The property manager had excellent communication and went the extra mile to organize our groceries for us. Very impressed with this property!

We stayed here for a long weekend. The unit was spacious, beautifully decorated and each couple got their own room and bathroom. DeRon was very responsive and helpful. Recommend!

Great place to stay with friends!

This property is a great place to stay with a large group if you are wanting to get a place close to downtown but not have to pay the rates of being downtown. Just a short Uber ride away to Broadway! The place was very clean and was a great layout. For our group of twelve, everyone had a bed to sleep in and the air mattress was nice to be able to use. This place would be great for friends on a bachelorette/bachelor trip or just a group of friends wanting to enjoy Nashville. Even though the location was a little sketchy, having the security system and nighttime guard made us feel secure. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to coming back!

Amazing house!

This house was amazing! The rooms, bathrooms, and decor was beautiful. Walk in closets in each rooms, plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The owner was easy to contact and was very accommodating. The rooftop with the jacuzzi was a great place to hangout after a long day of being out on the town. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Space

There were 8 of us in town for a wedding and we loved the space! 15 min walk to Starbucks, always an Uber close, we loved the hot tub in the mornings to hang out and drink our coffee. DeRon always responded quickly when I had questions. Great place!

Nice accurate description, lacking kitchen items

It is a very nice condo and the beds were comfortable. But was surprised by the lack of kitchen utensils. It had a place setting for 8 and the condo sleeps 12, our party had 10. No spices at all, not even salt and pepper. We did only have one breakfast here so we made it work. Ran out of paper towels and almost toilet paper.
