Bienvenue au Sindy's Ranch. Cette grande maison six se trouve en face de Sugar Mountain Ski Resort à Banner Elk, idéal pour une retraite de ski en famille ou un ami!

Dormir: Sindy's Ranch a trois chambres à coucher, mais trois autres zones de couchage privées.
Niveau principal: Master King Room, deux chambres Queen avec une salle de bain complète partagée, un canapé-lit dans le salon, une demi-salle de bain
Niveau inférieur: Chambre King, Chambre Queen, Chambre avec 2 Lits Superposés et 2 Lits Superposés, salle de bains commune avec douche carrelée

Franchissez les portes de la cuisine haut de gamme, remplie de nouveaux meubles et appareils pour le chef de la famille! Rendez-vous dans le salon confortable avec une cheminée à gaz pour vous installer confortablement et de nombreuses places assises pour que la famille puisse en profiter et une soirée de rire et de souvenirs. Juste à côté de la cuisine et du salon, la grande terrasse accueille de nombreuses chaises pour vous détendre avec votre café du matin et admirer la vue sur les montagnes et les pistes de ski de Sugar Mountain. Vous pouvez également voir cette vue imprenable depuis la chambre principale, située au niveau principal avec un lit king-size et une salle de bains privative. Juste à la porte du maître, profitez du tout nouveau sauna.

Divertissez la famille avec une partie de billard située dans le grenier à ciel ouvert ou descendez au niveau inférieur où vous trouverez une table de poker, un jeu de fléchettes, une table de jeu de palets, un jeu d’arcade et un grand centre de divertissement pour les soirées cinéma. Après une journée sur les pistes ou une randonnée sur la Blue Ridge Parkway à proximité, faites un plongeon dans le grand bain à remous situé juste à l'extérieur du niveau inférieur ou passez du temps autour du foyer dans la cour privée. Cette maison géante est faite pour les souvenirs, que vous souhaitiez vous détendre et vous lever les pieds ou sortir et trouver votre prochaine aventure.

L'allée est raide et gravelée. Il est labouré en hiver, mais des véhicules 4WD ou AWD sont nécessaires toute l'année, et des chaînes peuvent également être nécessaires pour accéder à la propriété pendant les mois d'hiver. Nous sommes heureux de vous aider à trouver la maison avec l'accès avec lequel vous êtes le plus à l'aise, à tout moment de l'année!

Unfortunately due to a water leak just before our visit, we were unable to stay at this location. The host was able to work with us to get a gorgeous replacement lodge and we absolutely loved our trip. The team was very accommodating and easy to work with and the new location suited all our needs and more.

This property has a pending purchase offer on it, so we’re hoping it will remain a short term rental for next year. Great size for our group of 6 couples and the mountain views are super.

Wonderful Christmas celebration

This was the perfect cabin to celebrate our family Christmas! There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone and the kids bedroom with bunk beds was awesome! The large family room was perfect for us all to gather with beautiful views of Sugar Mountain. We loved the spacious kitchen...made it easy to cook for our large group. We also enjoyed all the fun activities the area provided from tubing to hiking. We will definitely be back!

Great holiday memories!

What a lovely place to celebrate our Christmas in the beautiful mountains. This home suited our needs perfectly and we had so much fun. The proximity to both Sugar and Beech mountains for skiing were excellent. We even decorated the home’s decor cactus as our Christmas tree (see photo attached). Thank you for a great memory. We will definitely book with Blue Ridge Rentals again!

We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Our guests just kept looking at the house and saying “This house is so nice! It’s amazing!” And I agree. We had a really fun weekend with the gang.

Perfect Family Getaway

The lodge was the perfect size for our group of 8 & our pups. Comfy & homey for Christmas! Well equipped, great location close to both Sugar Mtn and Beech Mtn. We communicated opportunities to the management company, and had a great response on resolution. Definitely some maintenance needed, but confident things will be resolved.

Wonderful location convenient to skiing

Trouble free. When there was an issue it was resolved right away. They even provided a printer simply because we asked if they had one. Made life much easier for us.

50th Anniversary Gathering

Property handled our 14 amily members very well. Lots of space for everyone. Living room was a perfect size for all members to gather one night for our celebration. Property is located close to many activities/wineries/golf courses,/hiking and just plain relaxing. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of eating space for all. The most difficult part of the rental is the driving up to the house. Driveway is in need of repair.

Amazing! We will be back

The house was perfect for our three families. Plenty of space for the kids downstairs and adults upstairs. Close to everything we wanted to do - tubing, gem mining, hiking, roller coaster. The house had everything we needed and the hosts were super responsive to anything we needed. Amazing views! We even got to see wildlife from the house. Definitely want to come back! Would say that 4wd or AWD is recommended for the driveway - one of our parties without it could not get up and parked at the base instead. Otherwise a perfect trip!

We stayed here for a Christmas weekend with our family and grandparents, and I rarely leave reviews—but this experience demands one. The home itself is just okay and needs major updating, but the real problem is the management company’s total lack of care.They advertise that AWD/4WD is enough, but this property should NOT be rented in inclement weather at all. All of our 4WD vehicles struggled; one got stuck immediately and had to be towed. The driveway, hills, and switchbacks are dangerous and completely misrepresented.We arrived to a non-working door code, a refrigerator that never got cold, and no response from management despite multiple calls. They kept “making tickets” but never followed up or sent help.Both vehicles got stuck again the next evening, forcing our very YOUNG kids and grandparents (over 70) to walk uphill in snow and freezing temps. Trying to get in touch with them again and still no call back from management.Ironically, the only time they contacted us was to make sure we’d be out by 10am for a showing—because the home is for sale. Unreal.House issues included: broken hot tub (told 2 hours before arrival), musty and cold downstairs, mold in the bathroom, poor heating, malfunctioning TVs, spiders, and drafty windows.It’s clear the owner has stopped maintaining this home, and the management company doesn’t care. I will never rent from Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals again and wouldn’t recommend this home to anyone.

Fun stay in Sugar Bear Ridge

Myself and a group of friend stayed at Sugar bear Lodge for our annual cabin trip. We loved the location and the house. The common spaces were large enough to accommodate a large group with out feeling crowded. The kitchen was also well equipped. The hot tub, firepit, pool table, and other games gave us plenty to do and were in great condition! The only thing that I would point out is that the 3 bedrooms in the basement are all connecting, so you have to walk through a bedroom to get to another bedroom and the bathroom. For some groups this might be uncomfortable and I dont feel like I could really tell how the bedrooms were connected from the pictures. Although we would definitely stay again!
