ROYAL KAHANA RÉNOVÉ 2016 Oceanfront!

* Un projet de construction de piscine débutera le 23 septembre 2019 et, jusqu'à la fin des travaux, les condominiums voisins, Hololani et The Valley Isle Resort, ont accepté de partager l'utilisation de leurs piscines et de leurs piscines avec les personnes séjournant au Royal Kahana.

Le Royal Kahana est une station de bord de mer situé première mi-chemin entre Kaanapali et Kapalua. Notre maison comprend 1287 pieds carrés d'espace de vie avec une pellicule autour véranda présentant nos vues spectaculaires sur l'océan. Notre chambre principale en bord de mer a un lit king size, salle de bain privée, télévision, un coin confortable avec une chaise longue pour une lecture confortable et a son propre accès priv�� à la véranda en bord de mer. Ai-je mentionné notre lanai est énorme! La chambre a également un lit king size, salle de bain privée complète et télévision.

Nous avons un très grand espace de salon qui dispose de tous vue sur l'océan, un piano, une télévision grand écran, DVD, lecteur CD et un piano si quelqu'un est si enclin à divertir. Notre salle à manger offre amplement d'accueillir jusqu'à six personnes et notre cuisine offre tous les nouveaux appareils modernes avec beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine et puis certains!

La laveuse et la sécheuse sont situées dans la cuisine dans un garde-manger utilitaire pour plus de commodité. Et nous avons aussi une demi-salle de bain supplémentaire situé juste à côté du salon. Notre système de climatisation centrale fonctionne FROID et nous avons deux unités distinctes de sorte que vous pouvez ajuster selon votre propre niveau de confort personnel.

Le canapé-lit queen dans le salon fournit la litière supplémentaire pour accueillir jusqu'à six personnes confortablement. Ou si vous préférez la location de lit bébé est disponible par notre société de gestion.

Nous jouissons d'une clientèle de répétition plutôt fidèle qui nous motive à continuer notre unité bien entretenu. Nous fréquentons nous-mêmes la maison, ce qui nous aide à garder l’appareil en parfait état. Nous pensons que notre structure de tarifs est une valeur fantastique, alors venez profiter de notre maison autant que nous!

Everything about this place was perfect! The views were amazing, we watched sea turtles all day and whales at night. The sunset was unreal!The beds were comfortable, it was a quiet perfect place for my mom and I for a week.

Our group of two couples enjoyed the condo and working with the host. We had no issues and spent hours on the beautiful lanai. We stayed at the Royal Kahana before and love the views from x10 and x11 condos.

The area is quiet, the property is well-maintained, and the view of the sunsets from this beautiful unit are breathtaking. It was the perfect location for my husband, me, and our two adult children who were looking for a peaceful vacation, well away from the frenzy of a resort!

We loved this VRBO. It was the best place we’ve ever stayed. We spent most of our time there on the lanai. The only complaints I have is the bedroom nearest the ocean was way too hot for comfortable sleeping even with the fan on. We did figure out that it had its on thermostat but that didn’t make a difference. Second complaint is the furniture is super old & not comfortable at all; especially the couch! Get a new couch please!

Easy check in - one free activity per day! Watching the Whales off the balcony was the best! Food within walking distance.

Amazing

Beautiful view! We wil stay in this condo again. The beach was great fun and grandpa could watch the grand kids play from the lanai. The condo fit 6 of us comfortably.

Perfect for Whale Watching!

Our stay was for the 3rd week in January 2020 and we had a ring side seat for watching the whales frolicking right outside the condo. The condo was clean, and no signs of cockroaches, which was a relief. The pool was nice, too. Good location for trips to Lahaina and Kapalua. Would definitely re-book.

Short stay away

Just a short break frim everyday life in California. What an amazing property!!! View was spectacular. Home was clean fully decorated and amenities were top notch!’ I did not want to leave. Saw so many turtles but no whales this trip! But i will be back and hopefully stay here at 510 Royal Kahana!!’

Quick Family Trip from Vegas to Maui

This property looks exactly as listed. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a small issue but the management company took care of it right away. We loved it so much, we rebooked for January to whale watch. My only complaint is that the birds leave their calling card on the balcony and in the house, so keep the screen closed😉

Paradise View!

We have stayed in lots of vacation rentals over the years but this unit by far has the most incredible view ! When I booked this vacation my two criteria were oceanfront view and good space. We got both and then some. My husband and I traveled with our three college age daughters . We were all comfortable and loved spending our evenings turtle watching and waiting for another amazing sunset. The only downside was that there is not a swimmable beach due to beach erosion and there is construction going on in and around the building. This just means it will be even better on the next visit. .

Hot Week On Maui

Condo matches the pictures but is very...very dirty. Major bug problem with ant and roach traps through out the entire condo. We counted and found 17 traps. We saw roaches every day. The condo is very dirty....it needs a major over all deep cleaning. I would not stay here again.

Dear Robert, We made immediate inquiries regarding your references and have been assured by our rooms inspection team that in spite of our efforts to eradicate pests we are as you pointed out still experiencing sightings. The property management is aware and have scheduled repeated pest control services and have assured us that increased frequency of treatments will be continued. Island wide we are seeing more of this activity due to the extreme weather conditions we have been experiencing. We do apologize if we fell short on any cleaning issues. We make it a standard practice to communicate and respond to any guest needs throughout the duration of their stay. Our records indicate you had communication with our office manager, but apparently no mention of any cleaning issues. Know that we would have acted immediately to correct any needs had we known.
