Cette belle villa de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain avec vue sur l'océan est située dans le bùtiment 1 au premier étage du SeaCrest Resort. La cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et bar pour trois ouvre à la salle à manger pouvant accueillir six personnes. Le salon décoré avec goût dispose d'un mobilier confortable et d'une grande télévision à écran plat pour regarder des films avec la famille. Chaque chambre a de grands placards et une salle de bain privée. Chaque salle de bains dispose d'une douche à l'italienne, d'une baignoire de jardin et d'une coiffeuse double. Chaque chambre a de grands placards walk-in. C'est la villa parfaite pour vos vacances en famille!

Le SeaCrest Resort se trouve dans le quartier de Coligny Beach, à Hilton Head Island. Vous trouverez des restaurants, des boutiques et des lieux de divertissement à quelques minutes de marche. Il y a beaucoup d'activités disponibles dans la région, mais surtout les grandes plages de sable sont juste à votre porte. We had a great week staying at this Seacrest condo. The property was well stocked, had great views/location, easy walk to the beach and pool. Our families of 5 adults and 5 kiddos all had a beautiful time at HHI for our fourth year, we will definitely be returning and looking for this condo in the future!! This was my first year staying so close to cologny plaza and this was amazing for our multiple family vacation, as we could all explore on our own.

Great location & property

We loved our time at HHI & the location was perfect. Right on the beach, pools & kiddie pools, walking distance to shops, restaurants & ice cream. The condo itself was a little dated & walls a little thin but all in all, it was still great. 10/10 recommend and would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat.

Seacrest

The condo itself was excellent. The outside noise due to construction was awful. It was impossible to rest and my 2 year old grandson missed his naps due to the hammering and the large equipment noise. This condo should have never been rented out with the construction going on at this time. We have stayed at Seacrest before and it was very enjoyable.

HH 2019

Perfect property for our family of 6 adults and two grandchildren 2 1/2 and 10 months. Location on the first floor was easy access to the steps to get to beach and pool. Loved that the unit had a regular door and not sliders to the patio from the living area, this was great for the little ones. The dining room table is different from the picture, but much better. Other than that it was just as pictured.

Relaxing Vacation

1106 is a very well kept condo. The beds were excellent. While well kept, it could use a little more remodeling particularly with the bathrooms. They were doing planned maintenance to replace the pond liners. I had never seen a contractor work sooooo slooowwwwly on a project. I know January and February were rainy and delayed work, but wow are they slow. We always enjooy our stays at Seacrest and I am sure we will be back again.

Overall, the unit is nice. Spacious. The beds could be updated to a more comfortable model in all 3 bedrooms. Even the kids complained about the beds. The AC unit cooled very well, but noisy. The AC unit is housed in the family room, hard to hear TV and carry on a conversation.

Wonderful 3 bd / 3 bath property

We had an exceptional stay at this property. The pools and beachfront are wonderful. The beach equipment rental voucher came in handy for all to have our own beach chair. The beds were all comfortable. The couch is very broken in and it is a pullout couch. It was not the most comfortable, and it may be time for a new one. The shower door in the master bath leaked a little too, but we worked around that. Overall it was a great property. Coligny Plaza is literally across the street with a lot of cute shops and casual eats! I would stay at Seaside again in the future.

Overall we loved the condo!!! It was really nice! Beds were so comfortable, everything was very clean and the location was great! Best thing was the HEATED POOL in October!!!!! Fabulous!!! VERY minor issues
. We couldn’t use the meat drawer in the refrigerator because it was broken and kept falling out of the slot it went in. It was cracked very badly/needs replaced. The dryer left blue marks on some of our clothes. If you are not a techy person I thought the television was difficult to figure out and there are no instructions. We really enjoyed our stay overall. Thank you

Mildew and mold in all showers Shower doors did not seal and leaked Mold and Mildew in washer Laminate coming off alot of cabinets No cleaning materials at all except subpar vacuum Slow drain bathroom sink Massive clog in kitchen sink with standing water definitely not worth what we paid for....i am so disappointed

Thanksgiving Getaway

We wanted a location close to Coligny and this perfect. Our party included my elderly in-laws and a 6 month old baby. We were able to walk and stroll with the baby to shops, restaurants, and of course the beach. The condo has a bit of wear here and there but everything was clean and comfortable, all except one toilet that was definitely not clean when we arrived lol. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this property. Terrific location with a nice view of the water features and the Atlantic in the distance. Very close to the two pools, beach and Coligny shops, which are right across the streets. Loved the unit layout with 3 bedrooms - each with their own full bath. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was amply stocked. Everything worked as it should. Excellent service and drinks at the poolside bar & grill. Loved Vacation Company's website which had all of the info needed for the unit and stay all in one easily accessed place. Other reviews are accurate in that the unit and furnishings are a a bit worn and the cleanliness was a little lax. None of that was significant enough to cause me to lower my 5-star rating. I'd definitely stay here again.

NICE LOCATION, BUT A LITTLE UPDATING NEEDED

Very good location. You can walk to a ton of stores and places to eat. BUT, the couch and sitting chair in the living room were saggy and not good for watching TV. Our shower had slick tiles for the floor...very dangerous for a fall. But it was very clean, and communication with the management was great. With a few upgrades it will be A+, but right now, I have to give it a B+.
