Cozy condo, close to Northgate mall and Ring road Top Floor.

Furnished condo with two bedrooms. Ideal set up for daily, weekly and monthly guests who are working in or visiting Regina. Base price is for 2 guests. Full kitchen, furnished living room and bathroom. Situated on the 3rd and top floor with nature views and large balcony. An ideal place for any working professionals or travelers. Many restaurants and shopping nearby.

Fully furnished walk up condo. New furniture and smart screen tv. Mini fridge & freezer for drinks and food. Computer desk and exercise equipment in the condo. Lots of space.

North and South locked entrance doors to enter building. Stairs to third floor.

Mature area walking distance to mall and shopping.

5 minute drive to CRC Refinery gate 6. Easy access to ring road and 15 minutes to anywhere in Regina.

BBQ on deck, fridge, freezer and lots of guest storage. No elevator in building.

Note: Condo Bldg Bylaws require a rental contract to be signed as part of the allowance for Short Term Rentals, we also need a valid email address to process rental agreement and send detailed check in guide.

Great place to stay

The apartment was clean and well maintained. The area is central to everything and easy to get around. The building is old and needs some updating, but the apartment was perfect! Thank you Chris for making our visit to Regina a good one! We hope to return in future, Trudy

Comfortable condo

I had a nice stay in this comfortable, top floor (no heavy feet above!) rental that is easy to access from anywhere in the city. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, coffee supplies, food wrap, etc, all the things you wonder about needing for a longer stay. (I stayed two weeks and all I needed was a few groceries). Laundry supplies are provided for the in-condo washer/dryer. The off-street parking is appreciated as there are many cars on the streets when the ball diamonds are busy (and rink in the winter I would assume). There is some road noise and the building is older and a bit run down (4 stars for building cleanliness, 5 for the condo itself) but nothing that would stop me from booking again! Looking forward to my stay in a few months!

Absolutely fantastic

This place was perfect. Lots of amenities, a nice kitchen with all the needed cooking gear. Beds were comfy, bathroom had a spacious shower, and the washer and drier had any supplies we might have needed. Chris was incredibly communicative and very easy to get in touch with. This cozy condo was absolutely perfect for our stay and I highly recommend it to everyone.
