Très moderne 2 chambres, trois maisons de l'océan, North End très souhaitable

Bienvenue à Seaside Heights, les plages les plus blanches de l'île Barrier, où vos préoccupations principales sont la rapidité avec laquelle nous pouvons nous rendre sur les plages. Nous sommes heureux de vous proposer notre maison de plage à deux chambres récemment refaite.

Notre deuxième niveau d'une famille de deux est d'env. trois maisons de la promenade / de l’océan et situées à l’endroit le plus recherché de Seaside Heights (c’est-à-dire à l’extrémité nord)

Vous aurez votre propre terrasse privée avec votre propre barbecue privé Weber et une table de pique-nique. Notre deux chambres à coucher bat la concurrence dans les endroits et le style.

Bienvenue dans notre toute nouvelle cuisine, avec comptoir en granit, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, lave-vaisselle et armoires haut de gamme.

Great family beach getaway

Great property for our short 2-night family beach getaway. Our family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kiddos) fit comfortably, the place was sparkling clean, John met us upon arrival and was very helpful. Plus, you can’t beat the location—2 blocks from boardwalk and family friendly area. We’ll definitely return to this property...highly recommend!

Perfect Location

The house was just as described, included the beach tags and parking pass which were both very useful for us. Everything was clean and operational in the house. John stayed in touch with us throughout the entire checkin and checkout process making everything very easy. Thr house is literally a minute or less walk to the beach and the boardwalk which is a huge plus. Our kids loved the amusement park and water park which were both within walking distance. The location of this house made it absolutely perfect for our stay.

Clean, quiet, and near the boardwalk.

The apartment was clean, nicely setup, and close to the beach. Even though it is close to the boardwalk it is very quiet on the deck and inside. We hope to return next year.

This property is close to the boardwalk and beach. It's clean and spacious. The owners were easy to work with and accommodating. I would stay here again if we return to Seaside.

The hosts were amazing and very responsive. Exceptionally clean and well kept rental. Prime location, walk to everything such as beach, boardwalk and restaurants. In our opinion the surroundings can be more active for my husband & I, prefer more low key. That’s simply our perspective and my daughter viewed differently. We would absolutely rent from their other properties again that fits our lifestyle. Thank you.

Overall very good

Me and my friends all felt safe, it was in a good area. Boardwalk and beach was barely a 5 minute walk away. The house was clean and had everything we would need for our stay.

Amazing place to stay!

It was amazing staying 5 minutes from the boardwalk, even though there wasn’t much to do since it was March and it was still pretty chilly out we had an amazing time. The house was perfect and big enough to sleep about 8-10 people. The property manager had good communication and kept us updated if anything went wrong or changed.

The property is beautiful, the location is great. The beach passes and, parking pass are really nice. We had a great week! In person John was nice and helpful, but his telephone voice was intimidating when we needed to call him for the correct lock combination when we arrived.

Poor stay.

My friends and I were looking for a simple 5 day getaway, this place fit all our wants and more. The place itself was a great fit, yet had a few downsides. Everyday when entering the unit a very strong fish smell filled the house. The door frame was also completely broken, if an intruder were to push, the entire door would come down. A TV in one of the rooms did not work at all, and the other rooms’ TV remote was missing completely not allowing us to turn it on. The owner also charged us for a brand new pull out couch claiming we broke it. The screws had been worn down for years needing an update and had been broken prior.

Renting to minors carries a large risk. We had a discussion prior to your stay in regards to the beach house. It funny that once you left, and we were outside the beach home gathering our cleaning products, you did not mention any damages of any kind, nor say goodbye. We were force to discover them ourselves. The metal bars of the sofa bed (in which the sofa is about 3-year old and in excellent shape), was bend and the rivets broke loose on both sides. Once we discovered it, we assess you the damages. Your dad calls us, believing the damages were not done by you. After reviewing the situation, if was noticeably clear to all parties that the damages (and how in the heck did you break a mini blind in half) was done by you. Renting someone place does not give you the right to break or destroy any property. You need to take on better responsibility. You are paying us for the right to stay and enjoy your time. You truly are not welcome back and I hope future owners will read this and take the a cautionary stance..

Great place!

Our experience was incredible! The house was conveniently located right near the boardwalk and beach. We got a little confused as to which unit was ours, but after knocking on a door or two managed easily to figure it out. The property manager was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!
