This house was in the perfect location for everything we needed to do in San Diego. Quiet cul-de-sac, plenty of space. The owner was very attentive!

Great Stay for MCRD Graduation

We had a great stay for my son's MCRD graduation. Location was excellent, many restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Beds were extremely comfortable and overall really nice to have a home instead of just a hotel room. It was very very quiet street and we had a great stay.

Amazing

The whole experience was amazing from setting up reservations to the stay. Our host was so kind and helpful. The house was clean and location was central to all of the attractions we visited. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Great location and house for business and/or pleasure

We had 6 women staying at the house while attending a conference at the convention center. It is very clean and charming. Great restaurants close by. We really liked the large dining table which is where we usually ended up visiting.

Great place to stay

My family and I came to SD for a quick getaway to visit the beach. The house was very cute, great location to get to different parts of SD quickly. There’s a grocery store very close by, and is in a fairly quiet location. Communication was awesome, and the host even dropped some beach equipment for us to use during our stay. Overall a great place to stay!!

Deployment Homecoming

My husband and I and my elderly parents were visiting San Diego for my son’s deployment Homecoming. Everything was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed our stay so much. I hope to come back and stay again as this house was just ideal. The host was amazing and very responsive.

Well-Maintained Craftsman Bungalow in Hillcrest

This is a really nice three bedroom house in the heart of Hillcrest. Location is super convenient to downtown. There's a grocery store two blocks away and multiple restaurants in walking distance. My family really enjoyed our stay and are planning on returning.

Charming home close to everything

This is an older home with charm. The private courtyard is wonderful to sit on and enjoy the beautiful weather. We found it was just minutes away from the Zoo, Balboa park, and Old Town Historic District. Homeowner was easy to work with and was concerned about our comfort. Great place to stay.

Hillcrest House

Compact house that feels private. We enjoyed the unique aspects of the house. The grandkids appreciated the backyard and front yard to play in. The house was easy to find and in a good location for the activities we wanted to do.

Charming house in a superb neighborhood.

Definitely an older home but remodeled to accommodate our family. Awesome porch! Very small bathroom in one of the bedrooms, but we felt it was adequate. Good communication with the manager who seemed nice and wanting to please the customer and that's important.

Fantastic!

We loved the house. Very spacious and comfortable. We planned the trip to celebrate my mother completing cancer treatments and she was so content here that she almost didn't want to leave 😊 Greg was great and very helpful. Will definitely be planning another stay soon.

Fun in the sun

I love the property was literally close to everything you could walk to the grocery store that really helps in a city like San Diego with limited parking. It was probably 10 to 15 minutes anywhere we wanted to go. The house was very functional and clean.

Fun stay in SD

This is a great location to stay with family or friends. The bedrooms are spacious and the common areas are great for sharing a meal or hanging out and watching tv together. The neighborhood is super cute and there’s so much to do nearby - you walk up the street and there’s a Von’s grocery and a Lazy Acres. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a small home away from home! Note - if you’re traveling w an infant or small children, the second bathroom is inside the master bedroom and it’s quite small. It’s usable and fine, but definitely hard to navigate w a child or anyone tall 😝

No complaints

Great house near the San Diego zoo and other attractions. I was traveling with my very young children (2 and 9 months) and appreciated that there was a travel crib and selection of toys available. The side yard was fenced and a perfect play area for them. The entire place was clean, well-stocked, and I have no complaints.

A Lovely Craftsman

5 adults and a 5-year-old spent 4 nights at Greg and Jenn’s house. The home still has the character original to the house. It’s super charming!Greg was great in responding to us when we had trouble with the lockbox. He came right over and fixed it. He also checked in with us via text several times just to make sure we were comfortable.One of the best things about the house is its location. It’s close to EVERYTHING downtown. Just about everywhere we went was less than 15 minutes away.I highly recommend staying in Greg and Jenn’s house. We were all very happy being there together!!

Lovely Craftsman Cottage

The property was just as portrayed in descriptions and photos. VERY comfortable and pleasant. Well outfitted with everything we needed and then some. The house is in a convenient location. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and recreation. We would definitely consider staying here again if the opportunity presented itself. One last important point. Although the address is on University Avenue, it's actually on a quiet side street. It was fun to sit on the portch and enjoy the quiet and read or chat.
