Come stay at this newly renovated home in San Diego with brand new appliances and furnishings. It’s 10-15 minutes from literally all major attractions San Diego has to offer. It has 3 beds and 2 baths, a pull out couch, and is kid and pet friendly. It has a private backyard up against the canyon with no backyard neighbor. It faces west and you get a beautiful sunset and constant cool breeze throughout the yard and house. Perfect for families and small groups looking for a fun and relaxing stay.

Great Little Bungalow

The property is clean and comfortable with lots of privacy in the backyard. The owner (Mitch) is excellent with communication, often replying within 5 minutes of my email, and he was very accommodating the whole stay. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great house in a convenient quiet neighborhood

My family of 6 and my child stayed at Mitch’s place over Labor Day weekend and it was great! Just a 10-15 minute drive to Balboa park, Ocean Beach, or Mission beach areas. Newly renovated with a great backyard for dogs and kids. Mitch was also very responsive and catered to all our needs. Would definitely stay at this house again the next time I’m in San Diego.

Family getaway

Family from Europe is visiting and we wanted to get out of Los Angeles and see sights in San Diego. The house was great and as advertised. Room enough for 4 adults and two teenagers. Easy driving distance to sea world, old town, downtown, Mission beach, La Jolla and so on. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is very cozy and has everything needed to cook and hang out. We can recommend this house for sure.

Good central location, quiet neigborhood.

The house worked perfect for our family of four on our San Diego vacation. It is centrally located where it takes 15-20 minutes to the Zoo, Downtown, or the beaches. It is also only about 5-10 minutes from an easy access light rail MTS station. The house has plenty of space especially with the outdoor area. The neighborhood is really quiet and even though a busy street behind the house it sits down in canyon so you don't hear it at all. Only suggestion is some darker shades so not so bright in the bedrooms in the early morning. Enjoyed the stay and the host got back to us with any questions within minutes which was very helpful.

We will be back!

Property is clean, updated, and within 15 minutes of various beaches and Waterfront Park. We came into town for an extended weekend to catch Boots in the Park and some family beach time. Open family and kitchen area with a nice backyard. The house is stocked with anything we could have needed for the trip including items to keep our 6 and 2 year old happy. Mitch was gracious, proactive, and easy to communicate with. Very accommodating and responded to any of our questions quickly. Made it a great experience. Won't hesitate to rent again and my only regret is that we couldn't stay longer this time around.
