Ceci est une belle unité d'une chambre avec une taniÚre à Aria Ocean à Nuevo Vallarta. C'est une unité de deux étages avec une vue imprenable. Parking, WIFI, A / C et les essentiels sont fournis. Il dispose également d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et d'un barbecue pour ceux qui souhaitent cuisiner à la maison. La chambre a un lit king size et la taniÚre a un canapé-lit pouvant accueillir 2 personnes.
Aria Ocean est dans une zone fermée et certains des hÎtels à proximité sont tout compris, les options de restauration sont limitées à pied. Il y a deux grands supermarchés de l'autre cÎté de l'autoroute. Bien que les taxis soient toujours disponibles, il est recommandé de louer une voiture pour ceux qui voudraient découvrir et explorer les environs.

Our Stay

Our stay here was absolutely amazing.This location was close to everything, including the town BucerĂ­as, grocery stores that were pretty much walking distance, the airport, and many more. The view from the condo was beautiful, it included the swimming pool and a great view of the ocean. We had a great experience contacting the owners about any concerns and we will definitely be back.

Seconds to the beach, ocean view. Best sunsets on the beach. Restaurant on site very good. Property is very well taken care. Owner was very accommodating. Couldn’t have rented a nicer place. Thank you Hope to see you next year, same time same place.

Absolutely Wonderful

This vacation home ticked all of the boxes for us. The gorgeous views over the pools and the ocean sets a perfect tropical vibe. The unit is clean and well stocked with everything you need especially the kitchen, The master bed is as comfortable as it gets, Everything worked as it should including the speedy wifi. There is also a bluetooth sound system that provided lovely background music from our Spotify app on our phone. The unit is nicely positioned to relax on the balcony, shaded from the hot afternoon sun, There is a nice little poolside eatery that fills in when you don't feel like cooking. They will also deliver to the unit or by the pools, We highly recommend the fajitas. A 35 minute stroll on the beach will take you to Bucerias for more restaurants Karen's and Fat Boys are our favorite beachside haunts, and there are other spots for nightlife and live music. There is an Oxxo store for convenience items a short 8 minute walk away. The host is wonderful to communicate with via email and she is there for you with any information you need, This truly is one of the best rentals we have had with VRBO and we can't wait until we can stay here again.

Very impressed, we will go back for sure

Fist of all, i have to say that communication with owner and property manager has been always very easy. My boyfriend and I spent 2 weeks in thus beautiful beachfront condo and we just loved every moments we spent there! The condo is very well equiped: the kitchen has everything you need; lots of dishes, glasses, pans ... the only thing that was missing was dish clothes to wash and dry dishes. I bought some. The bedroom mattress is very comfortable and there is lots of bed sheets and blankets. Washer and dryer machines are great. The vue from bedroom and from kit hdn balcony is exactly as on pictures; it is just beautiful. The complex is quiet and clean. There is some construction because they are building another tower but it is not close from the unit and it will not bother you. There is a bbq on balcony; it is a bit old; it works but will have to be change soon! Same for the wifi roofer: we lost wifi pretty often and pretty sure it is the roofer that needs to be changed for a new one. At the pool; there’s a lot of lounge chairs and beds: a lots of beds are broken but the lounge chairs are comfortable and there’s umbrellas. If you prefer to spend the day at the beach; there are 2 beach chairs in condo, also 1 umbrella and a cooler. We rented a car during our stay; there is lots of great grocery stores near by but a little far to walk! I didn’t need a taxi but i think they are cheap and easy to get. Many good restaurants but once again it is better of you call a taxi of you rent a car. I will definitly recommand that condo and i will for sure go back ! There is a little restaurant by the pool: they serve breakfast, lunch and drinks. I think they close at 6:30pm We tried a few cocktails and the club sandwiches. All was good and at a decent price. PS: you have to go on the beach to watch the sunsets: they are just... amasing!!
