Venez séjourner dans notre 2 chambres récemment rénovées | Condo 2 Bath Beach Front qui peut accueillir 8 personnes et est l'escapade parfaite pour vous et votre famille. Situé au 5e étage, ce condo dispose d'un balcon privé donnant sur le golfe du Mexique offrant une belle vue sur la plage. Des eaux propres et bleues et du sable blanc à perte de vue et regarder les dauphins faire leurs rondes quotidiennes.

Le salon comprend des sièges confortables et un canapé-lit queen avec une télévision à écran plat afin que vous puissiez regarder tous vos spectacles et jeux préférés. Nous avons également une connexion WiFi gratuite dans le condo. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend de nouvelles armoires, des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. La table à manger avec dessus en verre peut accueillir 4 personnes et peut accueillir 2 personnes au bar du petit-déjeuner. Et oui, nous avons une laveuse et une sécheuse superposées dans notre condo afin que vous n'ayez pas à apporter votre garde-robe complète. Vous ne serez pas déçu ni ne trouverez ce niveau de luxe nulle part pour ce prix!

La chambre principale a un lit King Size, une télévision à écran plat, un ventilateur de plafond, des lampes de lecture et une entrée privée sur le balcon. La salle de bain principale privée est équipée d'un meuble-lavabo séparé à 2 lavabos et d'une baignoire et d'une douche privées. La chambre comprend 2 lits doubles avec télévision à écran plat et lecteur DVD, ventilateur de plafond, lampe de lecture et un placard. La salle de bains privative comprend une baignoire et une douche.

Notre bâtiment dispose d'une belle piscine face à la plage avec des cascades, une piscine intérieure et plusieurs bains à remous. Et oui, il y a une piscine pour enfants qui est clôturée pour la sécurité de vos enfants. Cette installation de luxe dispose d'un terrain de racquetball intérieur, d'un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne et d'un sauna. Vous ne serez pas déçu ni ne pourrez trouver ce niveau de luxe et de commodité n'importe où pour ce prix!

Parking: Des cartes de stationnement sont disponibles à la vente à la réception. Vous devrez acheter une carte de stationnement. Ce sera un frais unique, donc le pass sera valable pendant tout votre séjour. Vous ne pourrez acheter que 2 laissez-passer pour 2 véhicules dans ce condo.

Very nice facility. Condo was perfect.

Just a quick get away with one of our grandsons. The condo was perfect and everything went so smoothly. We love Orange Beach and this was our first stay at this Phoenix facility. We will be back.

Great No frills

This condo was a great place for a no frills vacation for a small group of girls celebrating their high school graduation. The beach was a bit of a walk, as the high rise was set back a bit from the beach, but the pool and amenities were nice. It had a family feel to the clientele, as opposed to a party feeling. very nice.

Amazing vacay

This was a very kid friendly place. We had rainy mornings and kids still swam in inside pool. We enjoyed every minute there.

Great Condo. Great complex.

Great place to stay. Beds were extremely comfortable. Nice amenities. Great beach. Nice pool. Only complaint is the condo’s price to park. $55 a car for 3 nights is a little high, especially with 2 vehicles.

Wonderful week!

Check in/out was easy and convenient. Room was nice but smaller than appeared in pictures. Wish balcony was more private. Overall, this property is very clean and staff were very friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

Our stay

We had a wonderful stay. Overall, the condo was nice and well appointed. The only complaints we have involve not having a large skillet and the king size bed mattress needs to be replaced because of the troughs in it.

Great Beachfront Stay with Beautiful Views and Thoughtful Amenities!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach with stunning views from the balcony. The condo was clean and well-furnished, including a comfortable leather couch. The master bathroom featured a recently redone walk-in shower, which was a nice upgrade from an older tub-shower combo.The room was also stocked with games, which we really enjoyed during our downtime. One thing to note is that beach towels, chairs, and toys were not provided, so plan to bring your own. Additionally, only two of the four elevators were working during our stay, which was inconvenient at times when we had to wait for an available one.That said, any small issues we encountered were quickly resolved by the friendly and responsive management team. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely return!

Comfortable bed, lots of hot water, refrigerator took forever… exposed tact strip in carpet

We had an issue with the sofa bed being broken when we got there. It wasn’t fixed until the day before we left.. there was a exposed tact strip in the carpet leading to the bathroom, the rusted tact stabbed my toe.

You get what you pay for

This is a cheap condo for a reason. Don’t expect any help from management. Our vacuum broke our second day there and I emailed the manager and never received a response. The condo was clean but the carpet is nasty and needs replacing, as did the mattress in the master bedroom about 5 years ago. The Front door sticks so bad I had to throw a solid shoulder to open it and there’s a hole in the wall in the hallway as soon as you walk in. We would not stay here again.

A nice stay

We arrived Sunday 4th of July eve. Check in was easy on the iPad in the room. Took awhile to get the parking pass because only 1 person was working. 4 elevators for the whole place and they were very slow and sometimes had long waits. Room was nice. Decor is dated but comfortable and clean. Ac worked great. There were no condiments. Sometimes they’re left behind but there wasn’t here. Had salt and pepper shakers, but salt was empty. Upstairs folks were really loud and scraped things across the floors a lot. May have been the slider door but it was loud. 2nd bathroom toilet clogged the first night. We called maintenance and we’re told since it wasn’t an emergency they couldn’t come until Tuesday since it was a holiday weekend. So we shared 5 people with 1 toilet. My hubby finally plunged it for 5 minutes on Monday and it started working. There was a plunger there which is probably a sign that there are issues with it as the master bath didn’t have one. The direct tv remote didn’t work so we weren’t able to watch it the whole time and we had no internet the first morning we were there. When I called they said because it was the 4th it was busy. All in all the phoenix vi was in a great location, but I’d probably stay in a different building all together.

Relaxing, convenient, perfect location

The condo had all the amenities you would need to stay in your own home. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were spacious. Sofa is a pullout. We enjoyed the view from the balcony while having coffee and breakfast and lunch. The resort was lovely, not crowded at all. Indoor pool and spa was fantastic for getting out of the sun and still being able to play in the water. The outdoor was clean and we spent hrs having a good time. The beach was just a short walk away. I would definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to orange beach.

Nice stay

Unit is very nice, well stocked with appliances, glasses,flatware. King bed on soft side but comfortable. A couple of repairs needed (Balcony chaIr; vertical blinds over sliders) but did not detract from my visit. Check in at front desk not needed as it can be done on iPad device in unit. But still need to go there for a paid parking pass. Excellent indoor access to units with lots of elevators. Spacious balcony with nice ocean view. Living room area also spacious. Unit as described on posting. Indoor and outdoor pools with multiple hot tubs. Common areas are classy and many nice amenities at this condo resort - Phoenix VI.

Peaceful with great views

Every year I travel with my children ages, 17, 15 & 11. We loved our stay here. Indoor pools were a plus. The place was clean, comfortable with great views. We enjoyed our breakfast at the balcony every morning. They were able to see me from the balcony as I left for my morning jog on the beach. Definitely recommend, everything is on the same block, if not the next.

The men had to poop downstairs

Location is fantastic! Condo had poor water pressure so toilets cloged several times, stovetop filthy, black mold around sinks, washer spits out mold, garbage under all furniture, verticle blinds broken,, beds were so wobbly headboard beat on walls when moving during sleep! Will be more careful renting in the future.

. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great view, and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses and such. I would re-rent again. The fishing from the beach was unbelievable!

Needs updating.

The furniture needs to be replaced. It looked nice but there was no support in the sofas and chair. The bed was great. Bathroom needed returning. One sink was clogged and toulet was very old. One outdoor chair was broken and neither door screen was on. None of it was main stuff but at that price they should have been taken care of on a regular basis.
